Just had a delivery from this location, the employees are very kind and helpful and the couch looks AMAZING. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome from the customer service to the style selections, this store has it all.

The head store manager doesn’t care for any of the customers. He is a horrible store manager and is driving RAC to the ground with his horrible attitude. I was only behind on rent for a week and he didn’t want to accept my payment even though I only just got my phone and cards back from being robbed. He wouldn’t even wait an extra 30 minutes for me to get the account paid. He told the assistant manager at the store not to accept my payment and to cancel out my agreement. If it wasnt for the employee having the heart to put it off until the morning I would’ve had my entire living room set taken away just for them to deliver it back days later. To make matter worse, when I went online I only had to pay for the two payments I was behind for only $180. The head store manager didn’t want to accept the payments and told me I had to pay two weeks and a week totaling over $250. This wasn’t even the correct price that was owed and he tried to force me into returning the items by inflating the price owed. If I didn’t have the app I would’ve paid extra for no reason just so he can bully me. 0/10 the store manager should not be the manager of the Hiram location. I wish I had his name so I could truly file a corporate complaint!! HORRIBLE manager for RAC.

Customer service is rude think they can call you and talk to you over the phone any kind of way harass you and threaten to pick up the merchandise even when you making the payments I will definitely take my business somewhere else I am done to renting from the Hiram store management need to retrain their workers

My tv was loaded into my car by the associate. When I got home it did not work. They told me I had to pay for the television and it would not be replaced. I never got to watch it. They told me the product was insured.

Worst place you could rent from the people that work here are very unprofessional and rude the manager doesn’t do anything when you report a problem it got so bad I have to take my business else where kenneth and dakota will literally argue back and forth on the phone never again will i use them what a joke lol. If I could give zero stars I would they constantly call your phone then lie about putting a note on your account they don’t show up when you make an appointment then try to lie about it so they can just pop up when your not at home. I got told i was a good customer because I paid on time but then they was still rude and disrespectful the entire time I have been renting from them.. also when I told the manager about the issues regarding the store’s employees he did not care he treats them like friends versus employees which i find it funny that when I mentioned the manager to dakota and kenneth they laughed like he is a joke as if they knew there was no consequence to there actions which is very bad…People be aware before renting it’s a whole hassle that you probably don’t wanna deal with so just go somewhere else…
