They charged me $50 dollars for a fill in and to fix 1 nail! Then, as she was fixing my 1 nail the super glue didn’t work so she covered it up with the purple powder. As soon as I touched it, it popped off! And now my thumb is in pain. My mom said it was cheap, but I have to disagree!Services: Nail polish changes

Horrible service! Not clean at all in the salon, and the staff is very rude especially the man that sits in the front. After waiting almost an hour to get my FILL IN, a lady walks in and he tells me he has to take her because she has an appt. Very unprofessional and I will never go there ever again and I will make sure I let everybody know not to go there.

I’ve never gone to a nail shop inside a Walmart before but my mom goes here and I have started taking her and getting some services here. The prices are about $5 cheaper than other places and they’ve done a great job with pedicures and SNS I’ve gotten here. I would recommend! The color selection is a bit meh and some of the customers kids (…), but no complaints from me aside from that.

I noticed my feet were itchy after a pedicure. Days later a black bacteria started appearing. I attributed it to the brush they used to scrub the top of your toes, as this was the infected area. I went late on a Saturday and the young lady was terribly tired. Tired or not the utensils were not sanitized between customers! I soaked my feet in peroxide to get rid of this fungus! Never going back! No response needed!Service: Pedicure

This is my ultimate favorite place to get my eyebrows done. Every other place I've ever been to just does the wax and done, but Regal's actually spends time waxing, plucking, lotion, snipping with scissors and it's really a 10 minute treat I look forward to. I don't get my hair or nails done like a lot of other females and this is the one pamper for myself. I go out of my way to make sure I go here whenever I need it. The only thing is sometimes I forget they are closed on Monday and Tuesday and I get sad and have to come back ?

The last 2 times I've been there , they have been rude and didn't listen to what I wanted only how they wanted to do them.When I got a full set of nails she cut them down a little ways ,I said there to long and need them this link and I showed her how long. Then she cuts them down again and cuts too much off ,I said that's to short ,I'm sorry and finished cutting the others the same length, then left them rough around the edges , so I asked can u aleast file the corners so there not sharp and she argued about that , so I called management the next morning and left a message, she calls be back and said her employee disagrees to what happened and said I'm the one who said cut shorter and shorter... Common sense should tell her I'm not paying for a set of nails so they can be cut all the way down to top of my in nail, so there's not a set there because she cut them all the way down. I asked her to make it right she would not.. I will not go back and neither will the ones I took with me and I always by my gift cards from them for the Christmas holidays. I will not be doing that either, they will not get any more of my money ...they are rude , disrespectful and don't care how they treat u when u say something they don't like , they just say sorry .. well sorry don't cut it after it happens over and over . An Asian man did my nails, excellent work except when I Indicated how blotchy my gel polish was he asked "what do you want me to do about that, I already put enough coats". And that just rubbed me that wrong way and ruined my experience. Now I'll never go back. Was too expensive for refill on super short nails away

The service of my pedicure was great, I was very pleased with total customer satisfaction however there was something going on with the floor causing my shoes to stick to the floor. I think it's time to replace the entire (unsightly) floor.
