Went inside to pay for gas at the register and was met with 4 employees. i went to the first person and told them the amount and the pump. He told me his register was closed. So i went to the next person and he told me to go back to the previous. They sent me back and forth between the employees on the register before arguing in front of me about how neither of them want to ring me up. Eventually another employee came and opened a register for me to check out after a couple minutes goes by of the original two arguing

Earlier today my husband and I went there and got a couple energy drinks in a quart of chocolate milk dated Aug 25. We get to where we're going we put it in the fridge a little while passes and my husband decides to make a drink with his milk upon opening this milk it is chunky and ultra thick with an off smell. I've tried to call and the phone just keeps ringing. Y'all might want to pull your quart size chocolate milk!!!

Don't shop here. I bought a $150 gift card for gas. My son went back to use it a week later and it wasn't activated. I presented the receipt and the card to the clerks. They called their GM a guy named Ron. He said he would be in on Monday. This was on a Saturday. I'm the customer, not his employee. What a joke and piss poor customer service. Ron needs to be fired.

This is the worse customer service I have ever received! I come go to RacTrac EVERY single, but stopped this one bc it was closest && they were rude && disrespectful! I will NEVER come here again && I will definitely be calling corporate!

At least if you’re not going to be open 24 hours anymore change your time online. It’s ridiculous you are right by a construction site where they go to work at 4am and they try to stop by RaceTrac day after day and it’s closed with no time posted of when you will open. Bring Short staffed is not our fault. Pay your cashiers more

This is the only race track in this area. That never has any ice in their ice machine at the fountain station. Over the last 3 weeks, I went in at different times of the day and the ice machine was empty. Store is clean and has good service. Only request is to keep the ice machine full.
