Just an update from my poor experience from this jewelry store after they created the wrong diamond earring backing (I requested multiple times a screw back diamond earring because of my long curly hair). They sent regular backs and I lost one .6 CT DIAMOND EARRING within a few days. Even after I complained of not feeling welcomed in the store because I didn't have significant client history with them (I originally came to build two rings but was quoted $5000, I got them both done in Buckhead for half that!!). Their response to my review was to call them but in my response I told them I didn't feel comfortable calling A STORE THAT WAS RUDE TO ME and asked them to call me. NO CALL, NO CARE!! Take your time and read the negative reviews before you walk in, they all say the same: rude, unwelcoming and overpriced!! And the store's response to negative feedback is also always the same: they are so sorry and shocked and will handle it internally. What a joke, they are all related, they own the store. If they cared about my experience and making it right, they would have contacted me to right their wrong. THEY HAVE ALL MY CONTACT INFO!! They don't care about your business. Go somewhere else!
