Long story short...I drive a Jeep and spend a lot of time dodging trees. When I needed a kinda difficult to find part, they came thru...unlike the 2 other auto parts stores. Thanks, guys.

I've rarely used Napa Auto Parts stores in the past but l now see that not using Napa Auto Parts has been a MAJOR MISTAKE!!!I've used all the other auto parts store's, running from one store to the next, looking and searching for auto parts. Napa Auto Parts had what I was looking for on the first trip.I was looking for 5/8 fuel line and the filler fuel hose for my 1993 c1500, for two days I called and went to every auto parts store in my area. No store had what I needed, Except for this Nappa Auto Parts storeIn the future I will be looking for my parts first and foremost at Napa Auto Parts from here on out.

Ordered online for 30 min in-store pick up but waited until the next morning to call to see if it was ready instead I was told that they couldn’t find the product so they canceled my order & referred me to another store across town. Poor customer service!!!
