THEY sent ME a text to UPGRADE, so I called and the metro rep said NO FEES when/if I go to a store. THIS store says $100.? Again, THEY texted ME! I'm FINE with my lineS, and MY $100??♂️

The Young lady had no idea what she was doing and she was in the store by herself. She was nice, but she had no idea what she was doing and it was a horrible experience.

I believe the woman behind the desk name was Myrabel. But she is absolutely amazing EVERY TIME I go in there. I'm not exactly "tech savvy " but she is always there to help with anything that I need help with. Definitely the best customer service experience I have had in a while. Thank you so much.

After having 3 horrible experiences at local stores I finally thought I had found friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly honest help at this store location. I simply wanted to add two new lines and at other stores had been told it required purchase of accessories, they had to be single lines of service first then moved to my existing family plan later or just rude and taking advantage of others. This store seemed like a breath of fresh air as the young ladies were friendly and assured me the lines would be added to the existing family plan. I left with the 1st added line and happy to come back to add the other after the great experience...well here is where it has gone south. I went online to check my options to upgrade my old phone. Though this store is out of my way because of the previous experience I was happy to go in but wanted to see what options my be available online. Logging into my account I see the 4th line was added as a stand alone $60 plan. This is not what I expected nor wanted and the exact reason I did not do business with the other stores.Customer service over the phone corrected the issue but this should not have been my experience at several stores. My options to upgrade being in store only but what store to trust I will be honestly assisted at. I may hold on to my old phone while I reconsider my options elsewhere because associates seem to be more concerned with padding their commission checks than getting referrals for good service and good business practices.
