Very friendly inviting staff member. Explained and went over several different mattress models. I’ve had the best in Tempurpedic but chose a different brand because this well known Company wouldn’t stand behind their 10 year warranty. After 4 years, I’m having to buy another mattress due to the sag. I won’t make the same mistake twice! Looking forward to my new mattress brand.

Daniel was very knowledgeable about each type of mattress he showed us and was happy to explain the special features of each one. And when we told him our budget limit he was very flexible and helped us find a mattress that was comfortable but still in-budget, as well as explaining what affected the price of the mattress and how long we could expect it to last. He was kind and respectful throughout the entire process. My fiancé and I truly appreciated his help!

From the moment we walked in the store it was such a welcoming feeling. Daniel was so knowledgeable and very courteous. He explained everything in great detail and did not force us to purchase anything. He helped find the best fit for me and my husband. This was the best customer service which is hard to find nowadays. Definitely made the purchase.

The shopping experience was smooth and easy. The store manager helped me and my wife find the best mattress for the both of us. I enjoy firm and she enjoys soft. We found a great hybrid mattress. Delivery was quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend especially if you don't know anything about mattresses.

Daniel (the manager) was fantastic. I was not planning on making the purchase today, but Daniel was not a pushy salesman. I have worked in retail for twenty years and had my three kids with me as well, I was not looking for a high pressure selling environment. He showed me a great deal and told me a bit about the mattress. He engaged with all three kids and made them feel welcome in the store. Which was great, because the mattresses are for them. Needless to say, I bought mattresses tonight. Mattress Firm will definitely be the first place I start my next hunt for a mattress. Thank you Daniel for a great shopping experience!
