Best package store in town. They always have what I want. Couldn’t find what I was looking for today and Ashley was super helpful in taking me right to what I needed. She was very patient and attentive asking the right questions to make sure I left a satisfied customer. The customer Service was amazing. 10/10 recommend.

They don’t ID and are extremely rude all around when asking for help to find certain items, cashier never seems like she enjoys working there, employees instead of helping a customer with a problem, call the customer “stupid mf’ers” would not recommend this place if you would like to be treated with common decency.

As a bystander in a mishandled situation it is apparent that the owner has a problem with customer service, as well as profanity. As a passenger in a vehicle it is really none of my business what an employee is doing, they should be doing their job. Rather I have now been called “irate” and under the influence of alcohol upon an argumentative rebuttal of a negative complaint. I was witness for the the phone call made after our interaction, as I was not the one making a phone call I heard the owner of this establishment call my mother in law a “drunk mfer” after she had simply stated the way the interaction was handled was not pleasant. Stating they had lost customers from his unprofessional language and actions of him and the woman at the window, the owner proceeded to assassinate her character and say more profanities. So as it seems to me, this owner might have a problem with anger and drinking himself. To treat and handle any situation this way while owning or just being employed by a business is absolutely unacceptable and shameful. For someone who doesn’t even drink I find it very hard to get drunk and irate with anyone, especially in a drive through liquor store for that matter. I have walked in a few times as a bystander and find this is not the only unprofessional event that has happened. There is blatant discrimination of customers and little to no friendliness or customer service. I find it very disgraceful for any owner or a business to handles his matters as such. Very very shameful.

The manager calls people who have an issue with the staff MF’er drunks. You own a liquor store and are being disrespectful to your customers. You were rude over the phone, your cashier was rude in the drive thru window. Don’t shop at this place.
Edit: The owner tries to claim that the person purchasing the alcohol was drunk. He wasn’t. The owner tries to claim that the person who called was drunk. She wasn’t. The owner tries to claim that the person who came up and confronted the person who called my wife a drunk MF’er was drunk. I wasn’t. We were simply calling to make a complaint about the service we received. My wife was consistently interrupted throughout the phone call in a disrespectful tone and once we said that they had lost a customer, we were drunk MF’ers. We have shopped at your store for so long and have used each others credit cards without an issue. We got personalized credit cards and the credit card that was used was not the person purchasing the alcohol, again which has been allowed before suddenly was not allowed. You don’t check names on credit cards but all of a sudden do. Your manager proceeded to curse and call my wife a drunk MF’er so of course I went to confront him. If he was so concerned about the intoxication of his customers, he should have called the cops and gotten my license plate so they could meet me at my home and proceed from there. He didn’t. He cursed at my wife. He interrupted my wife. He was incredibly rude. Your establishment is a joke. Your employees are a joke and the fact that you posted some laws about some nonsense you have never enforced before and claiming that the identification card that was used was not the same as the driver is laughable, especially considering the person purchasing alcohol was 22 years old. We will tell everyone about the integrity of your employees, management and owners. Yes I was pissed. Yes I acted out. Don’t call my sober wife a drunk MF’er unless you want problems. And you have created a problem.
And to be clear. Still sold my son the liquor before all this ensued. So your policies are null and void when you still sell the person, suspected of buying liquor for another person, liquor. You violated the law by your own standards and we will be contacting the Georgia Department of Liquor and Tobacco to raise concerns about your identification policy. I suggest you contact your lawyer and terminate the employee that sold the liquor to my son.
