Kudos for excellent customer service to Donna Anna Lenny. Thank you so much for helping us today. My husband and I had gone to a Mavis in marietta. We concerns our lug nuts were not tightened all the way. Even though it wasn’t their store. No questions asked that squeezed us in for a quick check. Above and beyond. Both of them was so courteous and patient, listening with intent ands quick to help us solve our issues. Thank you so much Hiram team. This kind of service isn’t taught, either you have it or you don’t. Hats off to you Donna and Lenny. You guys won customers for life

Had a nail in a tire. Called and they said they could get right to it. Made it to the store and they took the car and they got right to it, in and out in about 20 mins.
