“I was recommended by the 844 customer service technician after my modem would not connect at my home to come to this location and exchange my modem for a new one. I was greated immediately with a smile from Sona ( the customer servicer rep sorry if i mispelled the name), who not only set up the new modem but suggested me combining my 3 cell phone line account with the internet account. I didnt really have time to discuss further with him today but I'll definitely be back to see him so we can discuss further. With his smile he was also knowledgeable and pleasant. Thanks Sona, I appreciate you and thanks T-Mobile for hiring great customer service personnel”
