So many things to look at and great ideas giving new inspiration for your home. Has a beautiful selection of bedding and housewares items. Fantastic pet department. Lastly has spectacular specific holiday ideas.

I love Home Goods! They have a variety of nice items. I had a wonderful experience at the Hiram location. The cashier Saniya was very pleasant and helpful when checking me out.

Poor customer service ** I stopped in today to pick up my usual a body care items. An employee, Sheba Adams was extremely unprofessional when I asked her for help. She dismissed my concerns in a loud tone and walked away from me while I was asking for additional help.Her language and tone were both very condescending. I left immediately with no purchases because I was no longer comfortable shopping there. Although I have been a regular customer, I will not be visiting this location again.

Whitney was our cashier, she was super helpful and up beat. You don’t see that very much in cashiers anymore. She was very knowledgeable and helpful about the products!

I like this store they have almost everything, Except for isle space. It's too tight and a little hard to shop. Luckily I'm retired so I can in the morning. I would definitely go back.

Margaret is RUDE and she’s the manager. She obviously isn’t happy working here because every time I’m at this HG’s she’s RUDE like it’s my fault she has to work there. Next time Marg I’m gonna film your behavior it’s unfortunate the self of entitlement you have because you’re in control of the line to check out. HOMEGOODS you condone this behavior from Margaret which tells me you don’t want my business.
