“Such a nice shop with tons of vendor booths! There are so many unique and vintage items for very affordable prices! I have already been twice in two weeks and I still want to go back (I made the mistake of not getting a cart each time and just carrying my items around the store, but maybe that was for the benefit of my wallet haha). My boyfriend even likes going with me because they have cool vintage finds, knives and tools, too! Very friendly staff, as well!”

“How to make a story short? Melissa (Mgr) & Miya (Assist. Mgr) were AWESOME. I was trying to piece together a Jackson Table, 4 chairs and a bench to pick up. The online chat made me call 4 locations. Every store was helpful but these guys were Great! You would think in these days of the pandemic you would get this type of service everywhere but that is not the case unfortunately. They physically checked stock by phone for me since I was coming from Dawsonville. They measured boxes. Put it on hold for me. In a time it is nearly impossible to find things in stock I had every piece on Sunday before Thanksgiving and enjoyed it with my family instead of using a fold out table. Furniture is great quality for the price. Even has threaded inserts for assembly. I would always be willing to drive over 1.5 hours again to this location if so needed something. They have earned our trust. Thank you for a great experience.”

“Most times, the customer service is good.
I encountered a young associate off the register yesterday evening who gave too much opinion when I only asked for information on custom framing. Sometimes, a customer might be making a gift or want to make their work look more professional so they may ask for the extra service for their work. The young associate was saying the extra service seemed useless according to her opinion, but I would have liked to let her know that sometimes the extra service on framework is desired if you're making it for someone special or professional business needs. I would have shared that with her, but I was ready to go and leave out.”

“I usually visit on Tuesdays but I switched it up. I went in at 8:45 and found a beautiful pin and green dress! I was the only one in line. The cashier was visibly tired but she was polite and handled the transaction quickly.”
