Great location but pretty much every store in this plaza has the worst staff that doesn’t care about the shoppers. I’d prefer to go to anywhere but this plaza. I don’t know how they all get away with such poor standards of service.

Went to Kohl's always clean and stocked. Something was missing, I know, the prices are not what they could or should be and the staff is missing. The days of interacting with a staff member in each department is over I guess. Just makes me go to the car and order online and enjoy the savings and missing the old brick and mortar stores gone.

Retail where parking lot is full of homeless people at night.

Good variety of shopping and plenty of parking. Plants in the islands all around the parking lot are all too high to see over and pose a safety hazard when trying to avoid oncoming traffic.

Nice selection of cars and mostly trucks. Wrecked cars that were not put back together correctly. CHECK SUSPENSION COMPONENTS IF YOUR LOOKING AT THIS PLACE!

It's a good and safe place to shop. Plaza stays pretty clean and you will see Hiram police making the round as well.
