Rented a Jeep Wagoneer from the Powder Springs, Georgia location, and my wife and I really enjoyed the experience. We received good service at the facility and received a very new car for our trip. Renting Enterprise made our trip very comfortable and enjoyable, in my opinion.

Not a good experience in customer service at all. I made a reservation for a car. Received a confirmation. Arrived via UBER to process the paperwork and pick up the car only to be told that "a message was left for me advising that they they were short on cars and that I should check back around 2 or 3pm". They did NOT leave a message, not by either phone or email, or text. I do not like being lied to. Good customer service would have been to say, "I'm sorry ma'am. We really shouldn't have sent you a confirmation for your reservation knowing that we didn't have any cars available", but after having taking an uber there and being lied to, I just can't say that I will ever use them again.

I had a really bad car experience in June where I had a rental and the tire busted on me during a road trip. Faith at the Wendy Bagwell enterprise location was absolutely WONDERFUL!! she stayed on the phone with me while stranded and called other locations to try an get me a new car. Finally when that failed, she got the tire replaced so I wouldn't have to trade in cars and still felt safe driving back home from out of town. She is the BOMB !! and I am so thankful for her. She is one of a kind and provided the best Customer Service I have ever had with a car rental location. Job well done Faith.

Renter beware. Be VERY careful when picking up your car. Make sure to inspect every panel carefully. I missed a dent on the passenger side and so did the girl checking me in. My husband noticed it as soon as I got home, but I didn’t think to call. This was my fault, I admit. Upon returning the car, they called me and told me there was damage. I explained that this was there when I picked the car up and that I didn’t hit anything, back it into anything, and no one side swiped me. She said she would she would have to speak with the girl who started the contract, she called me back and said the dent was not there, but she would speak with the detailer who cleaned the car and call me back. I didn’t hear anything for over a week. Finally a week later, I spoke with the girl who started my contract (Alexis). She said that she did not want to file a claim if it was not necessary and that she would check everything out and call me back. Never heard back from her. Finally today (after 6 days) I got an email charging my rental fee and my insurance deductible. No one ever contacted me to tell me that they would be going through my insurance and that there was no evidence that the dent that was already there. This branch is extremely unprofessional and they have definitely lost a customer.

I was already on the fence using Enterprise, as their service is always low tier. Today was no different. My wife and I have an account with Enterprise and she’s rented from this location before. My card was lost, but I had hers. They would make 0 exceptions and refused to let me get out of here with a car. I confirmed everything online prior to coming here and I had to already switch to another vehicle. Stick to Turo. There ARE better options.

I received fast and friendly service from Faith at Enterprise Rent a Car in Hiram. She was accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. Even the pick up driver was polite and nice. I definitely recommend Enterprise in Hiram for top notch service!
