The store manager is so rude I almost hate to go in there but it’s the most convenient to me. Their self checkout always gives trouble but I try to get in there and get out to avoid dealing with her.

The lady opening the store on 2/28 is terribly rude. She gave me disgusting looks & called me stupid for pulling into the parking lot before they opened. You would think I was banging on the door demanding she let me in!! Definitely not ever going back. She needs therapy

Have not been in months because manager always wants to have a disagreement with me about her job. Today I went to get her twice once for left product , then to help an elderly gentleman. It went left when a guy needed Amazon cards and she told me to use self checkout. I am already there because she was not going to check me out. I told her why I don't come there and she said I could leave. I said I'll call corporate, she said call them. .

Poor Customer Service , stood in line for 10 minutes with three employees at checkouts and one register open . Too busy talking , will not be back .

Went in store ringing someone up. Then 10 min later no manager. She outside smoking.I told her I'm ready to check out. My 6 items were on counter. She says on self checkout working. How convenient since you out on phone and no sign saying it. I left items on counter. I'll go to Dallas like I've been doing

This store is never clean , never stock and has the worst customer service especially their store manager Jenny. She’s very rude , always has a attitude! She’s always outside smoking! Don’t know how she got that position! Please hire people who really want to work!

They are not only improving but seem to be better stocked than Wal Mart on some items. Also, they offer delivery through DoorDash which I will always be loyal to for being there when the world was at its craziest in March of 2020.

I was in this store yesterday to purchase some gift cards for teachers at my childs school. I picked out the cards and went to the counter. Nobody was there so I yelled out loud "Is anyone working". Nobody came. After 2 minutes I yelled again the same thing. Nobody came. Now it was a line of 3 people waiting. So one of the ladies went to find someone. She came back up and said she found someone and they said she is coming in a minute. It seems like she would have walked up with the lady knowing we needed help but nope. Well after 2 more minutes another customer comes to the front and asked how long we have been waiting. I said like 5 minutes. She said ok have a nice day and walked out with some bubbles. All of a sudden the cashiers appears out of nowhere running out the door at this lady and tapping her with her phone. She is outside for about 3 minutes fussing at this lady and started calling the police on her. She comes inside still on the phone with the police. She did not apologize to those of us that have been waiting. I had $70 worth of gift cards I needed to purchase, the lady behind me had a bunch of gift cards, another customer had a bunch of stuff in her had and another guy had a large basket full of stuff in his cart. But this lady is outside chasing a women with some darn bubbles. So when she comes inside. I told her this situation would have never happen if someone would have come to the front 5 minutes ago when I was yelling if someone could come to the front. Well the cashier starts yelling at me now. Some of the stuff she said "why did'nt you do self check out, why did'nt you look around the store for an employee instead of yelling". She told me to get out the store and would not check my $70 gift cards out.I waited inside until the police came so I can let him know that cashier never came to the front in 5 min, and the lady that left and she was chasing had bubbles in her hand that I don't even know came from the store. I wanted to let the officer know it was the cashier fault she would not come to the front and there was no way she could even know what that lady had.The officer advised he is called up to this particular store alot by her.That is very sad that she is wasting the police officers time by not watching the front at all. They could be handling important matters.And if shs is going to be away from the front, she should at least have a bell or something the customers could squeeze to get her attention for help. Every Dollar General I have gone to has something to squeeze. Nope she just depends and calls the police. It is very sad. I was at the location at 11:30am.

JENNY! The old lady associate Jenny with the glasses is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! She had an attitude because I asked her if she could assist me with a coupon problem because it wasn't working for me and she decides to tell me "if I did it right it would work, you should've put the coupon in first THATS why it didn't work" and she proceeds to tell me I'm holding up a "line" of ONE PERSON and I told her that's fine they can wait because I want my coupon to go through! And she proceeds to tell me "nobody gives a s***** LIKE WHAT!!!!!!!! SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! AWFUL TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE AND KIDS WERE ENTERING THE STORE AS SHE PROCEEDED TO CURSE ME OUT OVER A COUPON ERROR THAT I ASKED POLITELY FOR HELP WITH!!!!! LIKE WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE! If you're miserable at your dollar general job then maybe go look for something less challenging for your old age!

The prices have gotten so high and they need help keeping the store stocked it had gotten hard to get what you need due to the store not being stocked.

I personally worked here and it was awful there was so much drama for no reason and I felt as if I was personally picked on every time I went to work and now as a customer they won't even speak to me and alway give me the eat crap look and I did nothing wrong nor did I do anything to make them treat me this way and the general manager was extremely rude to my mother-in-law several times when she tried to help me tell this lady the truth about what was going on with the assistant manager long story short please don't get a job here and i wouldn't even shop here either it's just not worth your time!!

A waste of my time even going to this store for anything cuz it's never stocked. Don't blame covid either, it was like that before covid.
