Mike was awesome. He special ordered the back glass for my One Plus 10 Pro. I came in on a Saturday, bad he had me back out the door with a fixed phone in 15 - 20 mins. I was super impressed. Competitive pricing and great customer service!

I am writing this review approximately two months after my family had two Google Pixel phone screens reapired (a 3aXL and a 6).
Both of them are now in excellent condition. We were able to keep using both phones thanks to these folks giving us a quality screen at a very reasonable price ($150 each).
If you go and look for a phone repair service in Paulding or West Cobb, there are roughly a little over a dozen services that compete with each other. The first one which is part of a nationwide chain couldn't even give us an estimate on the actual cost. The second one which is located inside a superstore gave us one price, and then started to hard sell us for several minutes.
This place was the only one that was straight forward and honest from the beginning to the end. If you need your phone repair, give them a shot. They do solid work.

Glitching iPhone 11, called prior to arrival, call was answered eventually, I was greeted once the customer ahead of me was taken care of…. Had my phone back in less than twenty minutes, no glitching and a cracked phone protector replaced ….. fast and efficient!! I’m pleased !!

Phone wasn’t charging took it in got it back in my 5 minutes clean working like new didn’t charge me anything even when I offered will definitely go to them if I need any other repairs

THEY TAXING $240 to fix 2 phones screens.... For a simple fix that dont even take 30 min?? They obviously dont want new customers and their prices reflect that. One of the quotes i got was literally half that not exaggerating. But both of them were way cheeper than day tech

Don’t know if these guys are professionals. They “fixed” my iPhone. It was shattered on the back. Everything was working fine in my phone. Then when I got it back, the back of the phone is fixed but now the inside isn’t working. Cellular data is not working, there’s no signal at all, it won’t connect to Wi-Fi at all. And they said that THEY DIDN’T KNOW WHY?? Are you serious? I paid more than $200 for what? To get my phone even worse. Ohh but it’s all they give me a “refund” of $60. You could have at least tell me if I could still fix it or something. Very frustrating.
