I have spoken to Kim multiple times about getting my account updated, so I can have my payments fixed. She got very rude and snarky with me today. The gall! How do you find the nerve within your nervous system that gives you the audacity to cut my off and have an attitude when a mistake was made in your office on my account that I have been overpaying on for months, patiently waiting for the issue to be resolve? Make it make sense! I would not recommend this office to my friends, family, or even a rude person like Kim who treats people this way!

I can't say enough about how helpful this agency was for our family today! We were in a pinch to get immediate coverage and Toni Brookshire blew us away with how easy she made the process! Our call seemed like it was less than 5 minutes, but during that time she verified the coverage we had with our previous carrier, gathered all the necessary information from us about our vehicles, quoted us, sent out a payment link, and got us covered with more perks than we had before. We got our cards emailed to us shortly after our call and were all set! Customer Service is a huge pet-peeve of mine, and Toni far exceeded my expectations on how simple she made the process and showing how much she cared!

Contacting Dave Grant at State Farm was a great decision! The agent was Katie Palmirotto is terrific to work with! The entire process was quick and easy. Katie saved me a large amount of money by doing a comparison. I highly recommend giving them a call.
