This is at the CVS pharmacy inside the Target store in Hiram, Ga. It was after 7pm 12/19/2023 and the pharmacist was determined to help me with my prescription covered through my VA network. She waited patiently as she was transferred from one call to the next. I know how that can be frustrating because I have gone through it when trying to reach a department within the VA. I’m grateful for the service I received from her. She went above and beyond. She stayed 45 minutes after closing. She thanked me for my service and I thanked her for her kindness and service she provided me. I appreciate you!I’m an Army veteran and had gone to the ER. I was sent to CVS to get my prescription filled. This is part of the VA pharmacy network.

Avoid. My prescription was called in 5 hours prior to my arrival and they told me I had to wait an additional 45 minutes. I left and went to a different CVS and my prescription transferred.

Macy is wonderful! I'm visiting from Florida and she helped me transfer my prescriptions. She was cheerful, knowledgeable and just made it all so simple and stress free. This was on a Friday evening around 5:30! Pick up was no less a positive experience and my cashier was the pharmacist herself, Miss Demorea. She was so kind to my grandson who just became a big brother. Thank Y'all both so much!!

To pick up prescription i need to wait 45min its 2 ladies working the line was so long to pick up prescription and only 1 person was handling and the other one is doing CoVID shots. 630pm the lady is gone went home and I’m still in the line waiting to be help cuz lady decided to finish all her COVID shots patient done? and the rest of us patiently waiting for her!! I mean Hello i think a lot of people looking for Job right now?.

I always use this pharmacy. They are really difficult to reach by phone giving them four stars instead of five. The only medication that we have a problem picking up is an EpiPen. Everything else is pretty smooth. The staff is always friendly!

This is the worst Pharmacy. They are not here to service the public. Trust me when I say I would not use a CVS pharmacy at all if it were not for my insurance plan forcing me. I will NEVER return to this store as the pharmacist doesn’t remember what she does from one minute to the next. They fill prescriptions at their convenience so when you drive 10 miles after calling 6 hours earlier and they don’t have or won’t have ready until the next day it is complete incompetence!!! (After telling you they will) Beware! Stay where you are no matter how friendly they are the first time you call. Believe me, it changes.

I had a prescription from my oncologist dropped at this location Wednesday 11:00. 14:30 I called to confirm they had it, after holding 19:28 minutes I spoke with a pharmacy tech. At this time I confirmed they would text when ready for pickup and to give my insurance information. They said they'd text when ready. Today at 15:18 I called to see if it was ready. I held 28:43 minutes. The employee confirmed it was ready. I confirmed my phone number and inquired if they call or text. "Yes we called you". No you did not. " oh then we texted". No you did not. "Well it's ready for pickup". 4 minutes after we hung up I received a text! 24 hours is plenty of time to send a text. Average wait time of 20 minutes is unacceptable under any circumstances.
