I took a hundred year old Hamilton pocket watch to see it there was any way it could be repaired. It had not been used since 1975. Rob took it, set it and it started working! Then he patiently showed us how to work it. Amazing guy!

I took a ring there to make sure it was a genuine aquamarine since it was very large and had been so cheap on ebay. Ebay will give you your money back if what is sold to you is not as described. I was also buying a new battery for a watch. I did not ask for an appraisal. I just wanted to make sure it was a true aquamarine. The owner looked at it thru a device he had. He said no it is not an aquamarine. I was disappointed and was going to get back with ebay saying the seller had sold me a fake ring. There was just something about the owner of Criterion I didn't trust. I took it to 2 other jewelers and they both told me it was a very nice aquamarine and it is rare to get one that big. If the owner of the store has no ethics and can so easily lie, I will never go back there.

The people there are amazing! Not only have I purchased jewelry from them but I've had items repaired there as well. The staff is friendly, helpful and an overall pleasure. The prices match the product and their custom pieces are amazing. Definitely recommend!

Great experience with Mark at the store! I was trying to sell my wedding ring and got a few offers but Criterion Diamonds beat out the rest by a long mile! I highly recommend them! Very professional and friendly !

They repaired my mothers Omega and she was happy. So I took my wife’s Rolex to them to get it serviced and get the bracelet repaired. They did a good job and they seemed to be fair and honest. I’ll be back next time I need something. Thanks guys.

What a fantastic place to shop for Jewelry, this is a hometown, make you feel like family type of establishment. Brian has been our salesmen here and he's very courteous, professional and easy going. They've taken care of a few different things here for us, there prices are great and we'll continue to make this our go to Jewelry shop!

Dropped a watch off for what I thought would be just a cleaning, and they went above and beyond, they replaced a spring I had no idea was bad for no extra charge. Amazing work the watch looks and just feels better.
