They charged me for a line that was not used because the lady said that the phone was blocked and even after charging the line she told me that, that is not done and they only know how to say that the money is not returned, that is a theft

I went to the store 15min before it closed. The young lady named Martha (I hope I spelled her name right), was so patient and helpful. I thought she would rush me out, but she didn't. She helped me get away from a joint account and get my own account. Awesome customer service!!!

Get staff! Just love all of them! So helpful and proficient in switching my account over, saving my number! Then with their program helping people under the poverty line is broadcast everywhere. It portrays that they want to help and their staff backed it up. I also had never heard of the program through Verizon, boost, and straight talk. Then I got HBO MAX which is wonderful, at first I couldn't understand it and they helped me. My bill is still way lower with cricket and surprisingly better coverage in West GA areas. Definitely recommended them! The staff needs a raise!
