So unprofessional. After weeks of trying to get a response we finally were granted an appointment for a Wednesday. She never showed. The next day she texted that she would be arriving in an hour, at a day and time we never agreed to. When we replied that we found someone else she was rude and even complained about us to the people who recommended her to us.

Recommend by a friend. NOT responsive. Given the price over the phone, twice. The morning of the appointment, she tried to reschedule for later in the day, when my day was already planned. Did a great job on my little dogs. However, went to pay and she upped the price by $20.00, which I didn’t have. Don’t give the price by phone if you aren’t sure. I tried to make a rescheduling appointment for every 6 weeks, at the new price, and never heard from her again. I’ve called, emailed, texted, messengered, hit up Facebook, nothing!!!! I give her a 2 for unprofessionalism with pricing, her reaction when I gave her what she said by phone twice, though willing to give the difference upon the next appointment, trying to change my very first appointment, never responding back to me.

I have four dogs which Christine has been grooming for some time. she takes a lot of time with them and I love when she puts little bows in their hair. Yes I've had to have some of them trim pretty and if I haven't been brushing them well enough I have had to have them shaved a little bit. But that's my fault for not brushing them all the time like I should
