UPS can be a nightmare but my visit went well. I was in and out. I was greeted upon entry and the location was clean and tidy. I went to get a paper notarized and I didn't have any issues.

So far, I've been to this UPS store a few times and, they are nice and working as fast as they can! Please don't bother if you're in any kind of hurry. Consultants are very good at communicating prices and I like they fact they they are not guaranteeing delivery! It's honest and to the point, especially during this time in the midst of a busy holiday and pandemic.

I had a prescription from my oncologist dropped at this location Wednesday 11:00. 14:30 I called to confirm they had it, after holding 19:28 minutes I spoke with a pharmacy tech. At this time I confirmed they would text when ready for pickup and to give my insurance information. They said they'd text when ready. Today at 15:18 I called to see if it was ready. I held 28:43 minutes. The employee confirmed it was ready. I confirmed my phone number and inquired if they call or text. "Yes we called you". No you did not. " oh then we texted". No you did not. "Well it's ready for pickup". 4 minutes after we hung up I received a text! 24 hours is plenty of time to send a text. Average wait time of 20 minutes is unacceptable under any circumstances.

USELESS, had vital Insulin packed and dropped to this branch by MD. Paid a fortune fro overnight shipping ,only to find they forgot to ship it. This is really pretty poor for a large franchise such as UPS.

OMG. I went to this location because it was the closest to my home to return a package to Fingerhut. It was in the original box it came in and I had everything packed and on the box that was required. I placed my package on the scale, the young lady saw my return label and scanned it so I could get my receipt. So far so good... Until I proceeded to leave the store and the young lady took my package and THREW IT ON THE FLOOR not knowing or caring what was on the inside and I heard glass breaking from inside my box. I turned around and just looked and said to myself...REALLY??!! This is how you handle packages in your place of business going out??? I was upset because what she did was unnecessary and very unprofessional. The box was not that heavy that she had to throw it as she did. I am so glad that I took pictures of the contents of the items before I placed them in the box and placed the pictures inside the the box as well. When Fingerhut gets this package with it being all damaged and destroyed they will know it was from the hands of UPS not me. I will not use this place again. It's a shame a few employees that don't like their jobs or are having a bad day will cause a company to lose business, especially since there are so many other places to go. I hope nobody else experiences this. I don't usually write reviews of this type, I just want others to be aware of what could happen if they go to this location. I no longer live in Kansas. I am in Hiram,GA.

I've been here a few times. Each time has been different. The customer service is spotty. I came in one day where the computers were not working properly. That was a long wait! Amazing how no one knows how to do anything by hand anymore.

I took an item I had purchased from amazon to this store to be returned. It was a stereo with a power adapter cord. I had the free shipping label from amazon, but I paid for a box (since I had thrown original away) and the packaging materials and to have it packaged. They took it in the back to package it and sent it off. The return took longer than usual and I was wondering what was going on when I received the box back from amazon. They had returned the item back to me with a letter stating that it was not sent back with the power cord. I contacted the owner of the Hiram UPS named Andre ... not only did he take well over a week to even look into the matter, and didn't have any video footage and proceeded to shirk responsibility. He used phrases like "I'm being accused" and "according to you"... and when I asked him what his solution was, he acted exactly how I would expect an incompetent to act, d**** He couldn't produce my original cord, and he couldn't produce a solution, all he could produce was excuses why he wasn't going to do anything. BEWARE, don't let them take ur item in the back, better yet go to a different UPS completely!
