“I’ve been a member for nearly three years. The service at the 5 locations I go to has always been great.
Today, I came in with lots of tree sap. I asked the guy at the tunnel to scrub the sap covered windshield.
He scrubbed the front, the hood, the roof, back window, and the rear.
I stopped to ask for the manager to praise the employee and the employee turned out to be Mike the manager.

I hope I got his name right,First time getting it detailed. My seats were really bad drink spills, etc. etc. They look brand new now.Cupholders carpet everything was done. My whole car looked great when he got done. It was over a month ago sorry it took me so long to post. ? ? ?”
