0/10 experience one of the employees left 2 sercurity tags on my purchases. And when i called the store they were rude. Fitting rooms has no one around. You can’t even smell perfume scents before buying so you have no clue what your buying. This place took my joy of shopping. Wouldn’t go again even if someone bribed me 1 mil.

Slowest people working there- a line a mile long, 3 registers open and the employees going as slow as possible. Most of the shoe sizes were mislabeled. Please don't waste your time.

RUDE Managers with attitudes even more RUDE Cashiers . Everybody just needs to go to the Austell Store instead, Trust me . Customer Service is A1 in Austell and Austell Store has a better selection of clothes.- Will never shop at this Hiram location again

I felt like I was in a thrift store. Sorry, but that store took my joy of shopping away. I guess I could try another day, something told me to turn around, because people were coming out complaining about the store.

I will not be back to this location. I am a nice person always in a good mood. Every time I go to the store I get treated poorly. Comments made for no reason. Every single time! Poor Customer Service.

This store doesn’t even deserve one star, the coworkers are wonderful but the management is HORRIBLE!!! I had recently bought a pair of shoes from here for my daughter for Christmas they were rung up with no tag. They had called someone out on the floor to read them back a sku number to be ringed up now if I thought I would have a hard time returning them without a tag I would have done something then and there. Well the girl mentioned if we wanted a phone number associated just in case we need to bring something back so I said definitely just in case I got the wrong size. Well turns out the manager couldn’t do anything for me although I had a number and card on file she couldn’t exchange them. But days before was able to get something exchanged by the employee. Long story short dont ask my for my number if I won’t be able to use it to bring an item back. On top of everything she used the no tag as my fault ??♀️ and for the reason why she couldn’t return it. I’ve never had an issue before until this very day. Needless to say I will never be shopping here again.

This place was trashy and disorganized, but there were a couple of good deals here. I found a couple of toys and some clothes for my little girl. She was super happy!
