“PNC bank has amazing rates on currency exchange if you are traveling out of the country and have an account, you are able to preorder bills. Their app is excellent and you can easily set up account reminders and notifications which work seamlessly between the app and online banking along with your email and cell phone. In addition, at the Hiram location -both Megan and Shanda are kind, supportive and knowledgable about all the account details and were able to suggest a new credit card (which I very rarely open new ones) with no fees and excellent benefits that I will now be using this card as my main card for purchases due to the rewards! I'm sure others at this location are also friendly based on my time at the branch and their interaction with each other. Thanks for your customer service!”

“I rarely have a wait here. Staff is friendly. The drive up ATM is finicky about taking cards. It often has on screen limitations to what it can do. (ie: it often says it cannot accept deposits, it sometimes says it cannot dispense cash, or is just not allowing any transactions). Other than that I've not had any problems when I go inside.
My only request is I wish both ATMs could be able to pick lower denomination bills when dispensing cash. I like to have 5s and 10s and 20s.
