Super slow, bank opens at 9am and instead of being ready to take customers, they are still counting money and preparing for the day. Why not come in earlier and make sure everything is ready when the doors open?

I came to change my personal information, they gave me a bank employee - Isabel, who spoke to me very rudely, without respect, in a raised voice, she doesn’t know what she’s doing, in the end this Isabel employee did nothing to help me!

Devi was the worst bank teller I’ve ever dealt with. She had an attitude the whole time and was very unprofessional. I went to cash a check and she didn’t say hello or anything, just “what do you need” so I said hello how are you. She went on to count my money out and started with all 20s. I asked her if she could give me two 50s as well. She was like “well you will take whatever I give” and I said “no… you’ll give me the two 50s, seeing as how you have plenty” I just coke here to cash my check but I will definitely go somewhere and pay a fee because she’s rude..

Worst Bank of America EVER!!! Everyone needs to be fired or retrained! Went to cash a check from my employer I was approached in line by a gentlemen who assume is the branch manager, African guy he then asked me if I need any help I told him yes I’m trying to cash my paycheck. He asked to see the check and my ID I gave it to him because he said he had to verify the check first so he did. The check came back good of course, but he stated that he wasn’t familiar with my out-of-state license, which is a regular personal drivers license. He then gave me back my belongings and said get with the clerk she might ask for another form of ID so I met with the clerk she went got her manager, and they stated that they can’t except my ID they need another form of identification, so I said OK fine I have my Social Security card. The manager stated that she couldn’t except the Social Security card. Stated that I had my birth certificate She stated that she couldn’t take that either it had to be. It had to be a passport sheSaid so I left and went to another Bank of America right up the road and had no issues the next day i showed the teller my ID and check and she cashed my check! I believed I was definitely profiled at this location. Sad to say. It should be shut down.

I had scheduled at appointment with a banker to go though few things. Even after having a schedule appointing I waited for 20 minutes and still during my time there were other people who were getting priority i would have ended up waiting more than 30 minutes so I decided to walk away. I don’t understand what’s the use of scheduling an appointment then. Really disappointing

I had to stop in to cash a check and BOA isn’t my normal bank but they were so nice and made the check cashing so smooth and easy. I appreciate that they take the extra steps to verify the check. I was in and out, they were so fast and efficient.

Love stopping in to visit the Hiram Branch. The staff is always friendly and the make the experience very fast and enjoyable. No mater what I need to do Stacy, Ryan and the rest of the crew will always make my time in there the best one.

Waited over 30 minutes for them to verify my check which takes 2 second to do. There was nobody else waiting but me. The people that work here were very rude when I asked how much longer it would take

My complaint is not necessarily with this specific location but with Bank Of America itself. My debit card was fraudulently used to the tune of $2500, consisting of over 20 fraudulent transactions and Bank of America did absolutely nothing for me. I have been a customer since 2002!!! How am I suppossed to stay with a bank that doesn't protect my money. Bank of America is terrible and there Fraud Department is an absolute joke. DO NOT BANK WITH BANK OF AMERICA!!!!!

Ryan very rude at this location. They said my ID was fake because it was a out of state ID. I went to another location with no problems. The branch manager at the other location was nice., she said I should had called the police to check my ID.

I don't see or understand how people have gotten horrible service from this location. I have nothing but positive things to say. Yes there might be 1 or 2 tellers working. ALL banks are like that now. The manager was always there to greet me when I walked in the door. Any and all the customer service people that I had appointments with went above and beyond to help take care of what I needed done as far as information, paperwork , faxing things for me etc. All of them even the tellers were very professional and polite towards me. NONE of them were ever rude in anyway. I'm sorry the 2 had bad experiences with this Hiram location but trust me, it must've been rare. I highly recommend this bank to anyone needing general banking done or need to meet with any of the staff. And if there are just 1 teller working, the waiting line doesn't last long. The lady gets people thru as best as she can depending on their banking needs. Not unlike the Macland road locaation when it was open. 5 people in line and 45 minutes later u still wait. I guess thats why that one is closed now. But please dont let any negative responses sway your decisioin. Try out the Hiram BOA. If your visit is like mine, you'll be a returning customer.
