I came by today to fix my brake light. I was very impressed by Zahir, he was courteous, effecient and knowledgable. As he was fixing my brake light he taught me how to do it. He even help diagnose and fix what was wrong with my windshield fluid dispenser. I am very impressed by this young man and will continue to go to this location for future auto needs.

Not typically the guy that goes out of my way to leave an online review…but let me tell you. Had a rough idle / check engine light on today. Stopped in to have a quick scan.
Their scanner printed the results inside the store.
“Cylinder 1 misfire”.
Great.
The store manager, Jason, was quick to find the parts necessary to fix the issue, loaned me the necessary wrench to change the parts, and then quite literally came outside and changed the coil pack and spark plug for me.
All of this took 15 minutes -
Like I said, I don’t go out of my way often to leave reviews -
But if you’re looking for automotive customer service excellence…
Stop by the Autozone in Hiram and ask for Jason.

I needed a battery because my car was dead a mile down the road. I couldn’t walk either because of a hurt foot in a special boot. The folks at this store sold me a battery and offered to drive me to my car and install it for me. I couldn’t believe how great they all were and how much they cared about the customer. Great store with great people!!!

Very grateful and proud to have been serviced by Mr. Gavin M. This young man is very professional, patient, and respectful. He took the time to make sure our needs were met. We really appreciate his professionalism and wish him the very best. I also learned that je was a former student at a middle school where I currently teach! I am very proud! Good job Gavin!

Manager was rude when I called to get more information on a part. Literally talked to me like I was stupid and I would guess because I'm a girl. My father called and asked about the same thing and it was like he was talking to another person on the phone. And this isn't the first time this manager has talked to me this way. Thought that the first time was just a bad day but I was wrong. Guess he thinks that females are stupid when it comes to car parts.

This place has REALLY gone downhill over the last few years since Mandy left as manager. Today was last straw for me. The employees were rude and unhelpful, even after speaking to the manager yesterday he left incomplete notes and was hard to reach for a part return that required his approval (box was mangled during shipping) As a whole this will be our last experience with the Hiram autozone. I will either drive to the Dallas store or go to O'Reillys.

Frankly bought the wrong attachment for the refridgerant refill for the car . Went it explained, they loaned me the right one. Enjoying my recharged ac.Always ask them to help you pick the right parts . These people are good!!
