Do not ever curbside order at Aldi especially this one. They set the order as processing and then make you wait until 2-3 hours AFTER your order is supposed to be ready and then tell you they can’t do it and cancel the order or reschedule it to the next day. And if you try to call and cancel the order when it’s taking too long they won’t let you.

My wife just harassed by a skinny white guy with glasses, wearing shorts, when she bent down to pick something up, he came right up on her, in an envasion type of way. She said something and he
he walked away after saying stuff back to her. Moments later, he came at her again, and when he was inches away from her he yelled excuse me excuse me excuse me. At this point, he was harassing her. After paying she ran outside and called me. I told her to tell someone but she already left. I tried to call the store in Hiram, Ga, and go to find out, there is no phone number. You need to do something about this, it's a liability. If someone gets hurt, your responsible for not having proper safety procedures, or phones in place. I tried to warm the store to keep an eye on him.

My experience was not good , self checkout machines do not take cash .I had to ask an employee to check me out because there was no one at the register, he did not look very happy to help either, never said a word to me , even when i said “thank you I appreciate your help” ,Did not even acknowledge me. This is terrible customer service.
