The staff took her in and took excellent care of her... And took the time to ensure I was alright and that I had the ability to clean out my car from the ride there. Over the top consideration and care.”

I selected Liberty Vet Center partly because of their AAHA certification but also because of the positive reviews of Dr. O. I was not disappointed! The staff are friendly and efficient, and Dr. O was unhurried and very professional and communicated well. This was just a well-dog visit and chance to me to see how she interacted with my energetic 1-year old male Golden Retriever (more energy than sense). She was great to deal with and very gentle with my dog. Definitely a thumbs up! Hopefully we'll not need more complex care anytime soon, but if we do, the 40 min drive to see her will be done with confidence that we'll get what we need.”

“Per my other review of Liberty Veterinarian Medical Center, I started off going to this clinic this morning, they got us in immediately after my pup got her tail stuck in our furniture. They were very professional, kind, reassuring and all around a great environment. They helped me understand that accidents happen and this was not our fault as we felt so guilty like we could’ve done something to prevent this injury. They took such great care of our girl but didn’t have the time I believe to do the procedure needed or ability to I’m not 100% sure but that’s ok they sent us to their sister clinic that did. My only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star is I was told her tail would need to be amputated when it in fact did not. If I could do 4.75 stars I would for sure because they were great! Just like their sister clinic their prices are amazing! I expected to be out thousands today and for such great care I was surprised I’m not. Thank you Liberty Animal Clinic, keep up the great work. A special shout out to the blonde vet tech. I’m so sorry I did not catch your name, you brought us back into a room initially and when I broke down you helped me overcome those powerful emotions and truly made me feel so much better!”
