This was my first time experiencing this shop, & it won't be my last. From start to finish, the owner was very professional & the atmosphere was also inviting. She got me in & out & that definitely was a plus for me.

**This is Mr. Steward with a D at the end of my name.If you are referring to my wife or myself please check the spelling on our credit card transactions to your shop to ensure the correct spelling of our last name. I wrote this review not my wife. I did take my daughter to a dermatologist and she said that her hair was over processed meaning the chemicals used was too strong for her hair. You don't need to check on her she will not be coming back to you establishment.

I took my daughter to this shop. When she started going there, she had long beauty hair. After a few months, it was coming out in patches. Instead of the beautician taking responsibility and putting forth a plan to correct what she had done, she ask what we did to my daughter's hair. I trusted her do my daughter's hair. If you value your hair, self esstem, money, sanity skip this shop.

When i initially got my silk press it was good which is why i left 5 stars. During the service she insisted on cutting my dead ends off which i was fine with but i made it very clear i didn’t want too much and my length is everything to me. She showed me 1 - 2 inches that she was going to take off prior to cutting which i was completely fine with. When i washed my hair to get my curls back you can clearly see she cut off at least 5-6 inches. I’m very upset about this but hair grows back. I just will surely never be coming back.Service: Blowouts
