Best experience ive had in 10 years of buying or owing a car. The Staff was beyond professional. The sales guys were incredibly helpful. Sales managers made the process very streamlined and easy. Financing from Mrs. Yolanda was perfect. I highly recommend this place to all future vehicle purchases.

Service shop is trash. I brought my truck in for service right before the Xmas break. I explained to the service tech that I put a lot of miles on the vehicle in a short amount of time and I wanted a full inspection. He agreed. Matter of fact, the check engine light was on and the warning ⚠️ light for wind shield wiper fluid was on.They inspected the vehicle and advised that I needed new spark plugs, fuel line flush, oil change, and cabin filter totaling $1200.I agreed.I come back to pick up my vehicle and ALL THE LIGHTS ON THE DASH WAS FLICKERING AND the car started shaking. Service tech comes out apologizes and gives an explanation. Long story short, they put me in a loaner.I come back the next day, retrieve my car,and and halfway home the check engine light comes on and the warning ⚠️ light comes on. I go back the very next day and the service tech that I was dealing was was off.I go off to enjoy my Xmas come back take the car in this morning.Car was with them for 8 hours. They ensured me everything was a okay. This time I asked for the tech to drive a little with me. Guess what happened next? Check engine light came on and the warning ⚠️ light for the same thing came on.I was told that it could all be fixed for $648 dollars.Man give me my keys.Quality of the service shop is trash.

Only came in for a recall, but the staff was very nice & professional. I loved the technical uses to keep patrons updated during the process...from confirming the appointment, all the way through to the close out. The only critic I have is that waiting area needs to be enlarged.

I had such a great experience with Jeremy O. He was incredibly patient, kind, and really took the time to listen to all the details I had to share. It made the whole car-buying process so much smoother and enjoyable. I highly recommend him if you're in need of a car!

Purchased a used car from Vaden Nissan that had a broken interrior part. Finance Mgr offered horrible financing deal that I assume paid them the best comission. Got the run around from them for about 2 months with finally the mgr of sales promising to investigate about replacing the part but never heard from him again. Horrible customer service from never returning calls to unkept promises. Best to avoid this place.

I was an employee at vaden Nissan since April of 2023 these people don't care about nobody but themselves. I work up until the week before thanksgiving as a service advisor working hard for this company so I can at least have a final check well I did not because the company over payed me back in may according to them it was my responsibility to let them know I had a over payment how am I suppose to know I got a over payment if Hr and accounting does the checks. I'm trusting them with my funds. I am not going back and forth with management,Hr teams giving me false information and waiting almost a month for them to figure out what was my final check amount they post on my ADP app a check for $350 and then canceled it after I find it funny that they are playing with my money and mentally messing me up because they were not pleasant with a google review I left them and this is very un professional of vaden I have proof of management telling me to take my post down and I will not I want justice for my funds I worked for

Please, if you care about your time, your mental health, and your pocketbook, you will avoid this place like the plague. I have gone through so much headache with everyone who works here. They all act super sketchy about something as simple as trying to call and ask a question about where to locate something on your contract. I called five times, twice being hung up on immediately by the operator/receptionist and then the other times I was sent immediately to a full inbox even after asking them not to send me again to that inbox... they assured me they wouldn't, only to do exactly that. That's not the worse of it. When I bought the car, there were a few issues that they claimed they had fixed during their multi-point inspection. The car's tires needed rotation. It took it in and they insisted they did not need to be rotated just because I asked if it could be covered for free since it was like that when I bought the car. Only to bring it to another tire mechanic who confirmed that they do indeed need rotating bad. I know because when the wheel is held straight, the car still wants to veer strongly to the right. Another thing they were dishonest about were the tires. Right when I bought the car, the tire pressure was always low. They inspected it and said I would have to buy new sensors for all four tires but sensors from them were $100 per sensor, so $400 to buy from them to install. They kept saying they would look into it and call me back three times over the course of a few weeks. Just for me to come in in person when I found out one of the tires was very flat and checked it again. All of a sudden there was a nail in the tire. But so much time had passed that they claimed it had to have been me running over a nail, despite it always having low pressure since the day I got it off the lot. They eventually replaced the tire but I was still charged hundreds for it and their labor since I could not "prove" that I hadn't been the one to roll over a nail, despite records showing it had always had low tire pressure since the day it was bought. Now, a few weeks after replacement, lo and behold, the same tire I bought from them? Yeah, it's going flat again. So now I have to go to another dealer after already paying these con artists for a tire, just to probably have to pay for another tire and labor elsewhere. Never would I ever suggest to anyone to work with these crooks. They aren't just "disorganized." They are knowingly lying to their customers and nickel-and-diming them just to keep their jobs and keep the lights on. They only mimic the look of a professional chain business. It's all an illusion to make you feel comfortable with them. Aside from that, their manager who works in the little glass box office area at the center of the place was also floating around behind me staring at me and when I said "Hi" he said "Hi" coldly back, with no introduction. Just monitoring his workers to make sure they continue the act. Seriously sketch sales tactics. Aside from the major problems, the tint had also been smoothed down on the windshield purposefully make it look new and only a few days after purchase, it started unfurling. So they temporarily smoothed it down with cheap tint knowing it was going to unfurl on its own in a few days after sale. I was confirmed this by another mechanic who took a look at it and laughed at the petty tactics these guys have used to make a turd shine like a pearl. Way overpriced for what you get. Don't trust these people and don't do business with them. Once you sign that contract, they don't want anything to do with you unless it's to convince you to spend more money with them.

Absolutely would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. I came here to trade in my vehicle and buy my first (new to me) car. I ended up buying a suv that day and noticed one of the tires was messed up and they would fix it for me and I could pick the car up two days later. I pass by this dealership every day on my way to work and notice it has not moved out the same parking spot so I call and they tell me they're waiting on the parts for it. Finally get the call it's ready over a week later and they fixed the wrong car so I had to wait even longer. After i finally get the car I was told it had been cleaned and detailed for me which the outside was clean but the inside was not and there was a rotting banana in it completely black. It was disgusting. I bought this vehicle over a month ago and they still have not sent any of the paperwork to the tag office for me to get my tag and my temporary tag expires in just a few days. Every time I call I'm told someone will call me back but they never do! I'm extremely disappointed in their communication. I will say everyone there is friendly and nice but do the bare minimum. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership and don't recommend anyone to either.

I’m sure the service is great. Staff friendly enough but takes way too long for me. Appointment 9:15 got here about 9:08 it’s now 9:53 and they have not started the oil change and plus said when they do start it will be 45min to an hour. My ex is a mechanic and I know a oil change do not take that long. I’m done. Won’t be back here again. They obviously scheduled too many appointments within a time frame. This is to get as much money as possible with no concern of the wait time for the customer.Service: Oil change

I have been to different service departments at a few dealerships in my time as a driver. This department is one of the worst experiences I have had. When I bring my vehicle to a small local shop, I expect a little disarray, and older offers on display. I would expect the cleaning standards might not be up to a standard of other places. However, Baden is not a small local shop. It is a chain and a Nissan representative. The service techs were not the most knowledgeable. The repair buy looked dirty and disorganized. The mechanics sat around until someone brought in a car. They didn't clean or tidy or attempt to look busy. He completed the oil change as requested with no attempt to do anything else. Every other dealer I have met would give you a courtesy inspection, especially if you bring a Nissan to a Nissan dealer. Not this one though. The waiting room had old popcorn looking sad and stale in the machine, a dirty coffee area, and posters and brochures from 2 to 5 years ago. A very sad look.I ended up at another dealership a week later because of a tie rod problem. The irony for Vaden is that if they actually did an inspection of the van, they would have caught the problem and I would have had it fixed with them. Instead, another dealership got the $1,000+ for rear brakes, tie rod, arm bar, and alignment. The other dealership will continue to get my money because I will not be back to Vaden for service. As a result, I will never purchase from either.

Went in a month ago to have a part installed. I called in the week prior to have the service department order it and show up to have it put in. I show up and first half the department wasn't tracking that I had an appointment the other half didn't know it was ordered. After 15 minutes they found the part then after 5 hours I was told it was the wrong part ordered. I was then told they'd handle getting the new one ordered. Here I am a month later still waiting to hear back on it. Will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had an amazing experience with my salesperson Ishmael. Ishmael was very attentive and listened to what I was asking for. He did not try to persuade me to buy another vehicle. I had specific requirements and he took his time to find me a vehicle. He truly went above and beyond for me. Bought a new Altima that the dealership installed its own third party tint. Rear tint started to defect and bubble, with car still being under 36K miles they did not entertain the idea of getting it fixed. Lost any future business of mine.

I bought my car here and I love it! They didn't overcharge me and the service department took great care of me! I was in and out fast and was treated with respect and care! 10/10 recommend for anyone buying a car!
