There are about 2 employees that are helpful here. Most of the time when we go we spend over 100.00 close to 300. I have a cc with them.
Customer service here needs a lot of work. It's sad.

Emily helped me find the perfect shade of red lipstick, it is overwhelming if you don't know what goes best with your skin color. she knows the products, tell her your likes and dislikes and she'll steer you in the right direction. very kind and very helpful! they need to give her a raise/promotion bc she really went above and beyond. hope the corporate company sees this bc she really is amazing at what she does!

Scheduled a hair appt 3 weeks prior and got in to check in, nobody was working the check in desk(not a bother I understand people are busy), then the lady who was supposed to be my stylist asked if we needed help. She asked what we were there for and I said all over color and cut, to which she responded harshly "WHAT color?", i said a warmer brown and she said, "okay fine you guys can go sit down." Didn't ask for any references, no hello absolutely no respect in her tone. Walked out of the appt. Not gonna pay $150 for someone who is gonna pick a random brown to use. I'm sorry. This ulta is amazing but the salon was a HUGE disappointment.

I would like to thank MAHALIA for all of her expertise, dedication,and patience. She is ALWAYS approachable and in good spirits! I absolutely love shopping when I know that she’s there. I trust that she will always give honest feedback and not to mention she actually taught me how to use bronzer. After helping me find my shade and giving me the correct brush to use. I really do love this location & MAHALIA!!!!! Hopefully she’ll be promoted to team lead or manager, she definitely has what it takes and I’m sure she’ll learn the operational side with ease!!!

I would like to leave this review specifically for Jenice (hope I spelled her name right). I came into Ulta looking to enhance my brows when I was approached by Jeanie asking if I needed help. YES, I surely did. I cannot believe the experience that I had being assisted by her. It felt good knowing that she actually took pride in her work and Ulta’s customer service values! I didn’t feel like I was being sold a product. She took time to teach me how to do my brows through demonstrations all while the store was PACKED. I had her undivided attention to a degree bc she was still able to assist other customers that approached her. I really enjoyed our conversations, it felt like I was at home doing make up talking to my little sister. It was a very intimate experience and I appreciate her kindness and patience!

I scheduled an internet appointment with Arlene a few months ago so that my son could have a haircut. When we got there at the appointed time, we were told she was running late, so we would have to wait for 30 to 40 minutes. In order to save clients' time, I enquired as to whether they called clients who had appointments to let them know there would be a delay. After I didn't hear back, we strolled into a barbershop Fast forward to today. They locked their doors until the Tornado warning cleared with customers inside while separating a husband from his wife and children who were inside the store. I walked into Ulta to be told,"I know we locked the doors, but we were directed to," was the statement I heard as I entered Ulta Hair Salon from Michelle. Your appointment is too long for me to see you right now, and I have a color that is meant to be after you! Sorry! Can you come on Saturday at 5:00 pm?" I responded with no thank you because I reserved this appointment over a week ago. To increase revenue, I'm all for helping Hinesville businesses. I attempted Ulta in Hinesville twice, with two distinct stylists. I would only suggest making a reservation with Hinesville Ulta Salon if you want your time to be squandered. The salon does not feel the need to phone clients to let them know that they would be running late or that they will be closing unexpectedly. If you are interested in this kind of service, you will need to make an online appointment now!

I booked an appt for a haircut for 3:30 pm. 15 minutes after my appt time, the receptionist comes out and says the stylist is running behind and says she isn’t sure if I want to keep waiting or not. I ask how long it will be and am told maybe another 20-30 minutes. This is so unprofessional! Will not be returning.

Visited the salon. Very unhappy. Went in with a picture of what I’d like my hair to be like. And came out with nothing as expected. Hair stylist was a bit unfriendly. I will never go back to that salon.

Evelyn did a wash ,condition, and detangle with a few braids at the end of my service. Evelyn was very friendly, patient, and had a relaxing personality. Evelyn paid attention to detail she really takes her time to ensure good quality experience so this made my first experience at the Ulta salon an enjoyable one! I will be coming back and I recommend Evelyn. I left feeling refreshed!

I went to the salon feeling a little bit discoraged about my hair and i didn't feel confident at all. Evelyn from the salon, colored, washed, cut and blow dryed it and iron it. She made me feel amazin and very confident, she is the ultumate best, I literally never felt better at any other salon and it was because of her. Thank you Evelyn I appreciated
