This is by far the BEST rental experience I’ve ever experienced. The best rates, service, vehicles, and no hassle at all! I was hearing a noise with one vehicle they told me to bring it back and the changed me out no problem. I needed to extend my rental all I had to do was call and they took care of me. I’ve had dealing with Madison & Some Guy I forget his name but they’re phenomenal! Thank you to Savannah Car Rentals in Hinesville I’ll definitely ALWAYS choose you from now on!

Reserved a car on Friday for 8:30 Monday morning, verified my reservation. I get here at 8:30, I had to wait for the employee to show up. Then I’m told the car I reserved was given out and I can pay for an overpriced renegade or wait til 9 for someone to return the vehicle they rented. Not even an apology given. Just a yeah you can wait or get a keep renegade. She even originally disputed the fact that I had reserved a car with her on Friday.
