“I am not one to give 5 stars for any professional service, so this is a big deal for me. I have used Virtual Desktop for personal and professional work. Donna is extremely knowledgeable and she does exactly what you ask her to do. I have trusted this business with funeral programs, ceremonial programs, Christmas cards and more.I have yet to be disappointed. If I ever have an issue which so far I have not, I am sure it will be made right. I trust Virtual Desktop for all of my printing, logo and personal needs and will continue to do so.”

“Always a great place to go to. The staff is super nice and very helpful and I bought my own Christmas presents for this year a purple fountain pen. I used to have to write with a fountain School in Germany doing the cursive stuff LOL but I want to write a nice letter to my mom my old aunt like the good old days”

“Jessica was very quick to get an attitude with me after going in to ask about a package that was not properly scanned by USPS - I used them as an official USPS drop-off location. I am actually still waiting on the merchant to receive my return sent on 1/8 around 15:35. HOWEVER, Amanda, the manager, was great. Returned my call. Called USPS on my behalf, and really went the extra mile.I have since removed my initial review because of Amanda's superior customer service and patience with me.Edit to Owner: I did leave a voice message yesterday on 1/18 around 4:50pm, after trying unsuccessfully to reach a team member via phone on 1/17 (2 calls) and 1/18 (4 calls) - so I was definitely pressing 9. I also went to your store in-person this morning and Jessica was very short with me and ultimately unhelpful. When I told her that I thought my package might have been lost, she told me "that can happen with any of our packages." I got nowhere with her. I asked when a manager would be in and planned on returning later today. Then, Amanda reached out to me about 10 minutes ago. I assume that either my voicemail was located or my email about Jessica was read. I have no problem revising my review based on the overall experience, once a conclusion is reached.Final Edit: I do not suggest you use the USPS drop off service. If your package is lost, there is ZERO accountability. Take your USPS packages to the post office.”
