“Moved down here not to long ago. Needed live rats for my snakes. Nobody around has any but here. Staff is very friendly and can communicate with well. Everyone is very knowledgeable. The animals are kept in clean and proper conditions.”

“Per my other review of Liberty Veterinarian Medical Center, I started off going to this clinic this morning, they got us in immediately after my pup got her tail stuck in our furniture. They were very professional, kind, reassuring and all around a great environment. They helped me understand that accidents happen and this was not our fault as we felt so guilty like we could’ve done something to prevent this injury. They took such great care of our girl but didn’t have the time I believe to do the procedure needed or ability to I’m not 100% sure but that’s ok they sent us to their sister clinic that did. My only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star is I was told her tail would need to be amputated when it in fact did not. If I could do 4.75 stars I would for sure because they were great! Just like their sister clinic their prices are amazing! I expected to be out thousands today and for such great care I was surprised I’m not. Thank you Liberty Animal Clinic, keep up the great work. A special shout out to the blonde vet tech. I’m so sorry I did not catch your name, you brought us back into a room initially and when I broke down you helped me overcome those powerful emotions and truly made me feel so much better!”

“Had to return some items, the check out girl was helpful and explained the procedure. I had my rescue adopted dog in my cart, was hard to handle her and put purchases back in the cart to leave. But the cashier and customer behind me were so nice about my having a hard time. Been going to Pet Smart for over 10 years for grooming and pet needs.”

“Amazing staff, the budgies were kept in good spaced cages and it was clean. The selection of fish were interesting too but we were mainly there for the budgies. Good starting toys and travel cages.”

“My first visit for my fur baby. He will be visiting here from now on, petsmart does not have the patience for most dogs if they are new to grooming or just nervous. Lenzy took care of my baby he had his teeth brushed nails trimmed and he does not like that at all but he did ok with her, he looks great. Thanks see you guys in three weeks”
