We have been struggling with our bill for over 7 months and the loyalty department was not helpful at all. The store manager jumped right in and gave us the care and professionalism we needed. She had knowledge about what the problem was, and a way forward. She explained everything and made sure we left there as happy customers. I would recommend her to anyone going to that store in the future. She is the only reason after the experience with the loyalty department that we will be remaining with AT&T. The only reason.”

She even stayed late to set up the phones....the man at customer service was horrible,made a case on my account,I've had my phone service a long time and I ordered two lines and phones,and paid on line,went into the store,and just wanted the order cancelled online and bought the two same exact phones in store,he argued with the lady at the store for 38 minutes about canceling the order. Other than him. I love cricket,best people,best service, and I'm a lifetime customer!”
