I came in not really knowing what to expect, I had a older car, this was my first time buying my own car(without the help of my parents) and just wasn’t sure what was going to happen. They made it possible to be able to trade in my car one way or another & we’re also able to provide me the option of getting a discount for the hard work I did to graduate college. All of that, plus being able to get the car I have been looking at for a while, it truly was an amazing experience! Sam was truly amazing at her job & would definitely recommend her to others !!!

Brought the car twice for the tire and they relearned the tire each time and sight the weather for the loss of air in the right back tire.They then sent me over to the other side to get the module checked. Waited 2 weeks for an appt only to find out there was a nail in the tire.Fact! Don’t recommend your team. Each time I take a car for service something else happens.My trk went in for service and they busted the water pump, didn’t fix it, send me on my way for the vehicle to have a loud sound. Then u had no comparative vehicle to put me in.Just bad service!

I had been searching for a Chevrolet Trax for weeks when I contacted Mike Reed Chevrolet. They had a few in transit and kept me informed as soon as the vehicle arrived. I worked mostly with Samantha but also Pamela. Both ladies were very kind, professional, and helpful. I live in South Carolina and had to travel to them in Georgia to get my vehicle. After the great service I received from the team at Mike Reed Chevrolet, I’d definitely do it again. I appreciate everything Samantha, Pamela, and the rest of the Mike Reed team did to help me purchase my new vehicle!

We’re here from WV and had a few issues that needed fixed before our travel back. I had an appointment with another dealership in Pooler first and they were a disappointment in several ways, so I called Mike Reed’s at they got me right had, had the parts and fixed it quick so I didn’t have to keep my rental extra days. So thankful! Josh at the service desk was so helpful and easy to work with!

My experience with Henry at Mike Reed Chevrolet was very professional, courteous and special. From the time of making my appointment for service to the completion and delivery of my vechicle. They also had a clean and comfortable waiting lounge to stay cool from all this heat we are having this summer ?. I will definitely be using their again!

Mike Reed chevrolet car services for oil changes, is always done professionally and in a timely manner. I have been getting my oil changed and tires rotated by them for 5 years. The expertise of their mechanics also helped keep my car up to date on services, with advice on when a particular service is do for the car. Great place if your looking for good hospitality and good services or repairs for your vehicle

Mike Reed always gets my business since they offer first come first serve service with their Quick Lube program. As long as you drop your car off early enough, they can do oil changes and tire rotations along with their diagnostics to ensure you’re up to date on maintenance! Ms. Debbie keeps my vehicles on point!Also their service department usually has openings the same week depending on the time of the year — which is saying a lot in comparison to other dealerships I’ve relied on previously.

I recently purchased a 2024 Chevy trax. I worked mostly with William and Lucas. My experience was fantastic. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice. When I showed up I was not sure I was going to find anything I liked in my budget, but William was able to show me multiple cars that fit my price range. Even after my purchase the team has kept in contact with me to ensure my complete satisfaction. If you’re in the area (or even if you’re not) I would definitely recommend doing business with these folks.

Needed new Key Fobs. Parts department only had 1 so I bought it and was going to have it programmed but service department guy told me he would have to charge me again when if I didn’t wait until I had all the fobs I wanted so I went back and ordered the other one I wanted and when I got off vacation, I went back to have the fobs programmed and while there they checked for any recalls and took care care of the 2 that I had never had taken care of and they gave my truck a quick clean up job also. Very friendly and courteous employees. Good job Mike Reed Chevrolet. Good for all your GM parts and services.

Henry was very thorough and honest. After dealing with a not so reputable dealership when purchasing a used car, I felt 100% confident that all my concerns were addressed. I also feel that the car is now safer for my 17 year old to drive. I highly recommend Mike Reed's service department.

I was not wanting to purchase a new car at this time, however, my old car told me that it was time to get a new one. Luis was my sales manager and he worked really hard to get me the vehicle I wanted at a price that I could handle. Whether it was luck or perfect timing, I was presented with the perfect vehicle for me. Since I have owned the vehicle, it has been an easy commute for work and doesn’t even feel like I am driving it rides so well. Henry in the Service Department also worked with me when I was trying to get my old vehicle repaired. The people Mike Reed Chevrolet are like a family.

I cannot in good faith recommend this dealership. My daughter is in search of a used car. She is leaning toward a Subaru Crosstrek which are in little supply in Savannah. Mike Reed had a used one listed online so we decided to make the 45-60 minute drive to Hinesville to check it out. Online the vehicle was described as in excellent condition and mentioned no issues at all. And in the pictures everything looked good. We arrived and were treated warmly but the sales woman. We talked a bit and then went to see the car. There was a few golf sized pits and a long deep scratch on the passenger side. I sat in the backseat and immediately noticed the car had been scratched all over by a dog, it smelled like dog and had dog hair on the seats and floor. The car handled well and my daughter really liked it. When we got back from the test drive I decided to take a once around and see what the car looked like, mainly for minor things since the car was in "excellent condition". When I got to the front of the vehicle I was shocked! It had been in an accident and the grill and front bumper were damaged. The sales woman said it was no big deal and that someone had backed into the girl that previously owned the car. Then when it came to an offer for my daughters car for a trade in they super low balled her. First offering her $8000 (the trade in value was 12000-14000). We were like no way. They countered with $10,000 and said they would fix the accident damaged. They wouldn't budge on the $23,000 they wanted for their car even though that was way over priced and not even close to what the car was worth. I don't think we would have even made the trip if we knew the car was busted up. We looked later and they did bring the car price down by $1000 online but still had it listed as excellent condition. It just makes you wonder what else they are not telling you about. The manager introduced himself and we met the guy doing the car appraisals and everyone was very pleasant.

Evan was a terrific representative of your organization. Even though he was busy, he was courteous and assisted his customers with prompt and professional tact. The vehicle I got back in return was in better condition than when I dropped it off. The dealership also quoted me less than originally allowing for savings and quality for my household. This branch will be competitive and provide the best value compared to other shops if they continue to prioritize customer satisfaction. Thank very much for support your community and
