Went for a recall on my vehicle, they got me checked in. I had my 2yr old with me and they had a kids area to let her play.
I was being updated on the status of my vehicle and then they washed every vehicle getting serviced which I appreciated!

Awful first time experience with them for a service appointment. Will not be returning. Need my car looked at for possible tie rod, axle or other issue. I took it to a dealership today to have it looked and diagnosed. Dropped it off at 0830 this morning. I made this appointment 3 weeks ago. Heard nothing so called at 2pm to check the status. Just to be told they hadnt diagnosed it yet. Said they would get right on it. Called at a little after 6 pm again because i heard nothing. Only for them to tell me that the mechanic left it on the rack and left for the day at 430 pm and didnt tell the service manager. And then I was told I would need to leave it there and they would need it for another hour or two in the morning to find out what was wrong with it. Mind you I told them repeatedly that I would need my car back today because I have an appointment that I have to get to in Savannah at 830 tomorrow morning. I needed this issue figured out and resolved and all I got was a giant waste of my time. As a customer my time should be valued and not something that is wasted, especially if you want repeat business. This is not what I would expect out of a GM dealership or in customer service in general.

I had never been, I went for the first time, my car had a problem and they solved it and completely inspected it, the service was super good ?? I'm from Cuba, thank you for all the best, my car is a 2017 Chevy Malibu, blessings thousands, I recommend you 100 %

Overall great experience with the service provided. Joshua the service advisor provided solutions to my situation and the issue was corrected. Really appreciated the constant communication from Joshua during the entire process.

My experience at Mike Reed on Monday, 8-12-2024 was excellent. Joshua Cook was in the parts department and saw to my car's need. I dropped the car off and later that day Joshua called me to explain what was wrong. My husband and I picked the car up around 1ish and Joshua greeted us and was extremely courteous to us. He even took the time to restate to my husband what he had explained to me. I enjoyed his good nature and supreme professionalism. Great job to the mechanic who worked on my car. My Cobra (that is my car's name. She is a black Impala) is firing up as if she were brand spanking new and great job to Joshua Cook for his great "I care about you as a Chevrolet family member." attitude. Job well done. I am extremely pleased.

Work was done in a timely manor. Josh very pleasant. But you would think when you spend over 6000.00 Dollars you could have done my oil change which is almost due.

I loved that I was given a ride home and picked up to get my vehicle which didn’t take long at all to be fixed. Everyone was super Pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be putting the word out for others to go there.

Great experience here. Traded in two of my cars and they were amazing. Got everything done quick and didn’t jerk us around! Definitely will be back when I am ready for an upgrade!

Made an appointment to have an oil change done on the transmission at 10am. My vehicle wasn't touched until 2pm and was charged for them to drive the vehicle around for a diagnostic. Also was told that extra services were needed.
