On this day July 14,2024.Worst experience I've ever had in lowes,in any state. I'm a military dependent so I've been to my share of stores. Employees were scarce and the ones who did help, or said they'd help. Never bothered to look for what we needed and left us standing in the isle waiting. When we went to check out, there were no registers open except self check and those lines were down the paint isles. The young lady who watches over those registers was the nicest person and extremely helpful. However, the other young man who was asked to help us in the concrete isle. He was the rudest, nasty mouth I have ever experienced in your store. At this time I will never return to your store.

They only had a self checkout open in the front. I had to go to lumber to get someone to check me out. I don't work @ Lowe's. Lowe's doesn't give me any credit or benefits for using self checkout, so I don't use them. The only thing self checkout does is take people's jobs.

They don't carry everything I've needed the past few trips. Used to feel like mechanics got more love in the past but now not so much. One of the most recent trips I noticed that a lot of map gas cylinders were partially crushed/deformed and no one noticed. Even after pointing it out the staff didn't really seem to grasp the situation.

48 hour policy on appliances is disgrace. I bought an item from Lowe’s and now I had for couple of days after purchase and the dryer was not heating up and I tried to return it they said had to go through a whole process of going Thur the manufacturer. NEVER BUYING AN APPLIANCE FROM Hinesville LOWES AGAIN

Always a headache to shop there. Often they don't have what the app says they have stocked. There are some nice people that work there, but in general hopefully you don't need them to get anything of a high shelf or actually do their job.

It’s a Lowe’s. Everything you’d expect from a Lowe’s is what you’re going to get. The store feels a little crowded with everything in the walkways and this location seems to be busier than most.
