Brought my truck(2019 ram 2500 68k miles) in to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done. Put about 200 miles on the truck noticed an oil leak. Brought my truck back they couldn't get to it for a couple days which it is what it is. I asked for a loaner which they had none. Then I asked for a ride to the airport because I travel for work and they had no drivers. How are they going to break my vehicle and not have any options. Don't trust them to work on your vehicle.

I usually went to the Jeep dealership on Chatham Parkway for oil changes but they have been difficult to get an appointment. They told me it would be 10 days from now before I could get one. So I went to Hinesville. I am so happy I did. The service and entire experience was sooo much better. They won a future customer from me today!

People, do yourself a favor and stay away as far of this dealer as possible. I've never experienced such a bad threatment from anyone recommended. They work with, sponsor and recommmed Autographics however they are very unprofessional, disrespectful and do not like to be asked questions about their product or services. The lack of customer service is evident. As you may understand recommending a third party business that lacks of professionalism and disrespect your customers, directly reflects the type of business the dealer is. Absolutely awful experience and will certainly share this through any and all means necessary so that they realize what they have done.Needless to say, the same experience and review will be left for the disrespectful Autographics business, owner and or whoever was the one that behave in that way, all of this in the dealer's premises.Honestly prefer to drive a little farther to a dealer that will appreciate my business and will take care of me properly.

Called for maintenance, thus was response"bring vehicle in and drop off to get it in line to be looked at. We do not do appts. It will be about a week until it can be looked at. We do not do loaner vehicles". Will never deal with Jeep again.

Had a appointment to see a dodge ram in at the Nesmith dealership in Jesup last weekend. Drove there from Hinesville, had been texting and calling all morning. When we get there the truck was out and ready. The salesman tells us the Manager has her cousin looking at it at the moment trying to make the sale. Nobody told us. We had a check in our hands but the manager worked a deal with her cousin. We get to Liberty Chrysler Dodge and see Mr. Troy Rhynes, he shows my husband a truck. We were in and out of there in. less than 30 minutes. Mr. Troy Rhynes took great care of us and made us feel like valued customers! We would highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Rhynes to anyone look to purchase a vehicle!

Called and explained to my local dealer Ram of Brunswick that I lost the key to the locknuts on my 2016 Ram. I was told by Parts Department they couldn’t help me and to contact their service department. Was transferred and they told me they had over 60 keys for each model year and THEY COULD NOT KNOW which key I had until my truck was towed to them. Then I was told If they didn’t have the correct key, they would cut it off for me for a minimum of hour of service for $100-some dollars with a max of $500 depending on how bad it was to cut. They also disconnected me three time when I was called. (I did NOT buy my Ram from them seven years ago because of poor service. Seven years later they still have issues.)After this ridiculous answer from them, I called the dealer in Hinesville (Liberty Ram). Hayden in Parts asked for the last eight digits of my vin, and said he could order me the correct key ($89) and have it tomorrow morning at 8 am and would call me when it arrived. Then he said wait, that’s for the key and new lugnuts. He said we may have keys already here that may fit and that would be $50-60. I opted to go ahead and buy the entire package of key and locknuts.Much better customer service, didn’t lie about not being able to know which key fits, and they didn’t try to scam me for $100-500 and leaving me with a mess!Thank you Hayden and Liberty Ram for your honesty and superior customer service.Here is the lugnut pic.

I wish I could give a zero. Service department was awful. I called to see if something was covered under warranty. The woman didn’t want to check she just kept assuming my issue wasn’t under warranty. When I asked her to check just to be sure, she got an attitude. I still needed the work done regardless of the warranty. She didn’t want to help at all.

Went there to get tires sensors fixed. 5hrs later . They didn't puts tires back were they came of. Told me they didn't remove the tires after I watch the tech do it . And had asked why they removed them . So be careful the will lie to you and try to back the tech. Will never deal with that dealership again. Customer is not right at this dealership. One start is bull zero star from me

We were searching for explorer st, all black. Found one on Liberty's lot. Driver an hour to go look at.Vehicle was advertise with black wheels. When we arrived, the SUV had crome wheels. I said I was not interested as soon as I saw it. We went to eat and checked the lot on line. Notice the veh number. So we rode back to dealership. Veh number matched. Eventually, the wheels where changed and they acted clueless. Very disappointed.
