Called about My wife's dead battery i was stuck at the car wash for an hour pouring down sweat then i called hinesville towing and the owner was respectful and gave me knowledge on the issue i had on my plate he told he couldn't get his truck to my location and sent his mobile guy came to my location within 20 minutes and took care of me.

Called this business 3 times no answers, straight to voicemail. On the last call he answered and was very rude saying I called 3 times and the voicemail said I’m not towing today. Which it did not! I’ll spend my money else where. No customer skills, lack professionalism.

Adam and John were amazing!!! I was stuck in a horrible situation where some one of who I trusted was ruining my car and the new car parts I wanted him to put in. I needed to get the car off that property before any more damage was done. Some how they magically put my car in the tow without a tire. They immediately came to my rescue. They gave a me a reasonable price for my towing and even took it to a licensed mechanic . They were so nice and really looked out for me!!! Thanks guys!!! I needed my car towed from Hinesville to Garden city to my mechanic. I call them and with in 8 minutes Tony was there to get my car. With in 11 minutes I had paid and within 13 he was hooking up my car to tow away!! It was amazing a great experience! I would recommend them !!Service: Car towing
