Update to owners response 03/19/24 at 1:34PM: It only took month for your to reply to the original complaint made however this reply would be considered null and void. USAA is involved with corporate office.UPDATE 10:02AM 10/9/2023 Gerber Hinesville is handling it swiftly.UPDATE 4:50PM 10/8/2023: Now the passenger side is doing the same thing. Pictures have been sent off to USAA.Literally in tears writing this review. I took my 2022 Toyota Corolla SE to Gerber Collision because USAA says they are the “best” in the area. Since I’ve had my car back (less than a month) the front bumper is sticking out. Called the shop, they scheduled me for a warranty. They took my car back said they added more clips & I shouldn’t have this problem again. Here I am 9:32PM crying in a Walmart parking a lot because again my BRAND NEW car front bumper is sticking out. I’m so overwhelmed & disappointed in this repair shop. Under any circumstances should my front bumper still stick out AFTER a repair AND warranty.Pictures attached for reference.

They’ll fix what they can see lol ..anything outside of that, you’re on your own! Overall, the customer service was ok for the MOST part but my car was pretty much only cosmetically fixed. All damage was not repaired.

I would give them 100 stars if I could. From start to finish this ENTIRE team was top notch. I will NEVER NOT recommend this place. I had just gotten my car when someone rear ended it and Gerber took it straight in and got to work. I never had to deal with my insurance company, the other persons insurance company, and I got a phone call twice a week with updates on my vehicle. Thank you guys SO much for everything and for being such amazing, caring people. Now that I have her back, I hope that everyday you wake up, you feel well rested and have no joint or back pain. I hope everyday you go to work it’s the perfect most comfortable temperature in the office the entire time you’re there. I hope your company calls every one of you and says you’re all getting a raise. I hope every time you order food, it’s perfectly cooked and the temperature doesn’t make you go fasfsfasfasfasfasfasfa. I hope your coffee never gets cold and your hair never hits humidity. I hope your clothes always fit just right and your shoes never step in anything yucky. I hope rainbows appear each time you look out the window.

They don’t go through insurances to fix your car. Personally not worth it if you genuinely want a good quick fix. Just saying…

So to start, the main office girl was training the new hire office person and was super impatient with her. To the point where you couldn't help but notice. I would have walked out of that job is what I thought. Then I was coming in to get my front glass repaired and they tried to tell me the price would go past my deductible, which was $500. But they couldn't tell me what the price of replacing my glass would be before fixing my car. So I told them that wouldn't work for me, on which the girl abruptly left and told another woman to grab the guy who had taken my car back because I wouldn't be fixing my car. Everyone there seemed to be hostile, minus the man who took my car back. So I called Coastal glass, who told me upfront that it would be $300 to replace my glass. So I guess Gerber was looking to pocket most of the money they would have charged me.

Second service with them was great and quick the update site is not up to date but their service call associates makes up for the discrepancy by updating you via phone call every Tues and Thurs great experience second time around.

We were referred to Gerber for a repair through our insurance company and the two customer service agents were so unbelievably unhelpful. For the past two weeks they have failed to follow up and showed zero interest in helping us with our repairs. One of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had and would not recommend them.
