Jamashia has a level of professionalism and service that is unmatched. I called geo vista card services and had a less than sub par experience with a young woman named kalayla. After calling again, the energy given by each person I spoke with to get to Jamashia including Jamashia was infectious. Jamashia’s high quality service and meticulous care were supreme. Jamashia graciously pinpointed each of the three issues I faced, was able to provide a well educated answer for these challenges and also, a solution for the experience I’d had with kaylala. Though my experience did not go how I thought it should have on my first call(Kuhlaylay), my second call (with Jamashia) showed me that I was exactly where I needed to be. Please take care of your employees that treat members like family, their charm and outgoingness make it a pleasure to be a member of this institution.

I have been with GeoVista for almost 13 years and have had numerous minor issues recently which have made me rethink my banking options. They have locked my debit card on weekends when I have been out of town(even though I was not far from home and in a town I go to very often) and their call center can’t do anything to help. I have contacted them several times to confirm new cards being issued before the old cards expired and have still had to go without a debit card because the new ones are still not delivered before the old ones expired due to their “out-sourcing”. I have been charged for getting a new debit card because their card has stopped working. They have very recently changed their checking system and immediately upgraded all members to their highest system, which charges you monthly if you don’t keep a certain amount of money in your checking account at all times, which is ridiculous to me in todays economy. Now they have declined me making an online purchase from a store that is literally 1/4 mile from their main office in the same county that I live in!! Maybe you should get back to taking care of customers with the small town feel that you used to have!!!!

I had an encounter with a rude bank teller while i was with my mother, tried to falsely tell me that i needed a 9 day hold before i could deposit it into my account, whenever my mother corrected her as she was an old employee of there and knew better, and the girl named “Ty” got really nasty about it and when we asked for her manager she proceeded to smugly smirk and wave from behind her managers shoulders. She also didn’t return me my ID until i came to deposit again rather than calling me since my phone number was linked to the account.

The person that provided an outstanding service was amazing really knew her job and was very helpful. Jamashia is truly the definition of greatness. Someone you definitely want to l lead your team or run your business

Had to call GeoVista for an extension on my card and was directed to Lou. No longer than 30 seconds she answered all of my questions and gave me insight on new/easier ways to do things. Very much appreciated, awesome work Lou!!!

I called GCU at 5:25 pm and spoke with Jamashia. It was almost time for her to get off, but she did not make me feel like she was rushing me to get off the phone. She took her time to listen to my concern. Although, she was not able to resolve my issue that evening, she called me back first thing the following morning (it usually takes 3 days for banks to contact me back on a simple matter), and resolved the issue satisfactory!I’m very grateful for Jamashia and GCU is blessed to have her as an employee! Please value her GCU!

I had some questions about my account so I called the branch and spoke with Lou. Lou not only answered my questions but went out of her way to direct me to GeoVista's website and explained about each checking account level. Now a days it hard to find an employee like Lou and that is why I choose GeoVista Credit Union for all of my financial needs.. so, thank you Lou and thank you GeoVista CU!!

The teller showed impatience and I was told misleading information that had my day soo screwed up, from talking to an employee on the phone telling me what I needed to have before coming to the main bank. I feel that employees need to know their job before giving wrong or misleading information ? to the customers, wasn’t a very good day, September 01,2023. 16:17 pm. One last issue why do some of the employees sit in their offices conversations with each or one their cell phones when the line starts getting long at the end of the work day ? instead of helping out, just asking.

This morning I called and Lou answered the phone she was very pleasant knowledgeable and very polite and helpful with all my questions…. I was grateful that Lou answered the phone call she’s very good, actually excellent at her job.. thank you for all she has done for me for 2 years and she’s a star in her business!!!!

I personally have not had any problems with people here. For the most part everyone is very professional and nice. However every time my husband go ahead it is this one person that is extremely rude and we have been with this Credit Union for over 20 years

Been working with the bank for a long time and it takes them entirely too long to release people check and you don't get no notification about it pending until the day of other credit unions are more on top of this kind of business. Although I been with the credit unions for years I think it time for me to move to another bank cause I can't be waiting till noon to get my money not good

Liv took our call today, and she was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! She was patient, very kind, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. She loves what she's doing at Geovista, and it shows in her calls. I wish everyone I called was like Liv. She exceeds expectations!!! Thanks Liv, you ROCK!
