Will never buy from here again. For starters they don't leave you alone from the moment you walk in the store. Then the last 3 weeks I've been traveling for funeral and work super busy not one call from them. Last week I get a text from them stating that "I need to make my payment or they are filing legal action against me." I said that's a bit harsh considering my payment was only 2 weeks past due and I havnt received a call from anyone prior. If your payment system didn't take 5 days there wouldn't be an issue and threatening LEGAL action on a customer that's only 2weeks late without receiving a call prior to say "hey sir your payment didn't go through" is a bit excessive. On payday I transfer to my other account and it's been a hectic 3 weeks and I forgot. If I could bring back items I would cause this is horrible customer relations.

I love this store!! Everyone is always professional and friendly. I have been a customer for years. I enjoy everything I ever brought from them no issues at all. Carmella, is one of the best sales personnel. You really should ask her she enjoys her job it shows.

The delivery team were quick and efficient with bringing in the entertainment stand. The only issue I have is the company that packaged it up did a terrible job with it. There's no instruction booklet, some parts of the item were damaged. Not because of the movers but because of rushed work from the factory. Screws are missing from where they should have been. Great store and staff that works there, just poorly packaged items from the original factory.

The folks are nice but I had a scheduled delivery for 3pm, I called and checked up on them around 4 because they didn’t show up, they said they were gonna call 30 minutes prior and that it is safe to go get my kids. As I am on my way back from picking up my kids, they call me. At this point it’s 5:00-5:15pm. I answer the call and they asked how far I was from home and I said 10 minutes and apparently that was too long because they were 3 minutes from my house and they told me I had to reschedule because they have to get back to clean the warehouse. I’m thinking it’s not my problem because they were supposed to be at my house at 3:00 anyways. Then, then it’s 20 minutes before closing and they aren’t answering their phones. The slick SUCK!

Outstanding customer service. Exceeded my expectations. Professional delivery. I was worried about my pieces getting scratched or ripped coming through my small doorway, but the couches were wrapped up very well, and the guys really knew what they were doing! Highly recommend!
