First time going to this salon. Very clean environment, calming atmosphere. Update September 1st 2023 Terri and Bri work here now, they both came from creative nails. So if you were looking for Terri this is where she is at. Update on September 6th I went to get my nails redone and within 1 week effective September 13th my nails started lifting and 2 broke clean across. I did not go back for them to fix and I will NOT be going to this shop again. Thanks for a waste of my money that's NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL.

I have never been at a nail salon for as long as I was tonight. I was there for 2 1/2 hours. 15 minutes of that was wait time.Asia was my mail tech and she was amazing!! Super funny and great to talk to!! She took her time and did an amazing job! My toe nails were awful, I needed tips and acrylic to actually have nails on my big toes. I am so used to the techs going so fast and rushing that it was refreshing to be chill and relaxed while having good and entertaining conversation!! Will definitely be back and requesting Asia everytime!! Can’t even tell that there weren’t much for nails to begin with.

The owner is incredibly rude. He's completely okay with belittling and degrading his employees in front of everyone. He has the nastiest attitude. Can't see going back somewhere that the employer is so rude to his employees ?

I’m not from here. I was here for military ball and was looking for somewhere to get a pedicure. I called this place first and they told me they could see me just to walk in. I drove all the way there and couldn’t find where the business was located, so I called asking for directions and they told me that they could no longer see me because they were not seeing anymore customers today. Even thought they closed at 7. But I will say, whoever I spoke with on the phone was very friendly!

I went to visit my godson in Ft Stewart and one of the Army Wives said go to Fancy Nails by far the best pedicure I ever received the conversation was good I am a diabetic and she handled me w extra care I was hurting very badly when arrived and felt amazing when I left in all honesty I’m 4 hours from my godson I will be coming up once a month to see BECCA she was absolutely amazing. Now 5 years in Hinesville from Los Angeles after sadly going to many other salons I say go no further they are the only place I go. A clean environment and a polite staff. I've never seen anyone wait for appointments more than 20 minutes. I'm always a walk in and never wait an hour? I sell nail products and the staff is always eager to dress my nails to look perfect.
