“The BEST customer service my wife and I have had in Hinesville GA for a very long time now. Lead by Ms. Janice, Ms.Brittany and Ms. Fee, constantly went above and beyond what we expected, coming from the other T-Mobile store(horrible) almost stopped us from going to T-MOBILE, but these ladies made us life long customers. I don't know how much they get paid, but it's not sufficient for their efforts and dedication.”

She even stayed late to set up the phones....the man at customer service was horrible,made a case on my account,I've had my phone service a long time and I ordered two lines and phones,and paid on line,went into the store,and just wanted the order cancelled online and bought the two same exact phones in store,he argued with the lady at the store for 38 minutes about canceling the order.
