Just sorry there is not a zero. I am adding to the multitude of negative reviews. I called three days ago to see if my prescription was in stock and was told yes. Called my doctor and he sent the prescription. I went to pick it up and was told to come back tomorrow I am to early for the insurance. Once I verified they had it I went back the next day and they said they do not have any. I said I was here yesterday and was told to come back today and was told I wasn't here yesterday I don't know what to tell you. Aked for the manager who was as helpful as nothing. No advice,no sorry nothing. Place is useless as a pharmacy.

Just called to get information about Covid vaccine to make sure they had any before I made an appointment she cut me off and was like you have to make an appointment online. I had to tell her I know I just want to know if they had the booster or vaccine and they only had the booster so why would you tell me to make an appointment for the vaccine when you don’t have it. The pharmacy needs to train the employees on how to deal with customers very rude and unprofessional. Next time listen to what the customer needs.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever stepped foot in. My doctor sent in a perscription on a Thursday and unfortunately CVS was out of stock. I was advised by someone to call anotger pharmacy so they can get into connection & fax over my prescription to the new pharmacy. I did that immediately, only for them to never do that AT ALL. I waited on Friday..No fax was sent. My new pharmacist called Monday morning after the weekend had went by...No fax...He called Tuesday...No fax....Wednesday...No fax. It is now Thursday a week without my perscription!!!!!! After calling 3 times and speaking with what seemed to be the most incompetent person alive, it was faxed over at 3PM one week after it was suppose to be filled. Ridiculous

Had a great experience at the CVS in Hinesville and especially with the pharmacy. I had an issue that was quickly resolved and was able to get what I needed through the help of the great and friendly staff!

I was dispensed a medication that my doctor did not prescribe. Since I’d never taken this particular medication before I had no cause to doubt there was anything in the pill bottle other than exactly what my doctor prescribed. After over a week of taking this medication (with zero relief) I actually looked up the medication I was given by the pharmacy….they gave me the generic brand of Zyrtec and not the pain medication I was prescribed (the pills are night and day different). When I reported the error, CVS said they will conduct an investigation and call me with their findings.I’ll update this based on how quickly and professionally CVS makes this issue right.Bottom line….always check your meds. It’s a complete shame one cannot trust they will be given the correct medication by a Pharmacist. But here we are.FOLLOW UP: CVS denied they issued the wrong medication (from reading multiple reviews on several platforms this is ALWAYS CVSs response.I strongly recommend you get your prescription medications elsewhere.

I came here for a drive thru Covid test. The website says to bring your ID and insurance card if you have one. The lady didn’t ask for mine, she just asked DOB. She gave me the directions and how to of the self testing. If they don’t mention it, you have to break the swab in half before putting it in the tube. She was very nice and timely.

Pharmacy Technician Daja very unprofessional!!! Customer Services over the telephone and in person not done with professional competence!!! young lady need need a class to teach her how to maintain professionalism in a work environment when dealing with customers. Also if her team that she works around allow this behavior they also need training & reprimand. I reported her behavior to the pharmacist on duty plus filed a formal complaint with CVS. I have been subjected to this young lady unprofessional behavior for two days!!! I'm tired of it, & something need to be done. 1st time in years I have had an issue with anyone working in a pharmacy bring unprofessional!!! I see what CVS is hiring these days!!! PLEASE RE TRAIN YOUR PHARMACY TECHNICIAN OR SEND HER ON HER WAY IM SURE THIS IS NOT HER 1ST TIME BEING UNPROFESSIONAL BECAUSE I'VE TALKED TO SERVERAL CUSTOMERS AFTER THE DISRESPECTFUL UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE TOWARDS MYSELF, WAS TOLD THEY'VE ALSO HAD SOME ISSUES WITH HER!!!

As a pharmacy they tend to overstep their bounds and want to play doctor.y wife has to take some pretty strong meds for bad migraines and CVS claims the insurance company will not approve them or they can't get them, but I can go to another pharmacy and they can have it filled usually overnight. And I'm talking about injectable medications. Strange that a small town pharmacy has better buying power than a large business such as cvs.

Desperately in need of my blood thinners, was told that I needed Walmart to request to move it to them. Walmart called and was ignored multiple times. Still don't have my medication that I need. Staff was very rude and I was hung up on multiple times.

I would leave a zero-star review if possible. The store is terribly overpriced and many of the pharmacy workers are lacking in empathy and compassion. I tried to pick up a prescription yesterday for my aunt who had just had abdominal surgery and was in severe pain. I rushed but I made it there at 6:01 (the pharmacy \"closes\" at 6). However, the pick-up area for prescriptions was still open and there was an elderly couple still in line getting their medicine. I thought \"Okay great. They're not completely shut down so maybe they'll still help and give me her medicine.\" I was wrong. The young lady checking them out looked around the couple and informed me that they were closed. I asked if there was any way she could just grab the prescription for me. It honestly would not have taken another two minutes and there was no one else in line behind me. She said no and reinforced to me that they were closed...even though she was currently checking someone out! I said please cause I needed that prescription. Nope. Nothing. I watched as she checked them out, lowered the barrier and logged out of her computer. My aunt was in awful, unbearable pain all night...pain that could have been avoided if people had compassion for their customers and patients. I hope I never have to go back to this store for anything. My aunt is moving her business to another pharmacy, as is my grandmother, mother, and other relatives because no one could believe how uncaring their staff was.

I just left the pharmacy and am requesting for my prescription to be transferred to another pharmacy. I understand that the staff is very busy but common courtesy of acknowledging that "someone will be right with you shortly" would be nicer , rather than completely ignoring customers . I had an issue with my prescription not being filled and my Dr. requested it this Monday. I have been there twice this week and it is still not filled. When I explained for the third time that my Dr. called it in twice already, one of the staff interrupted me and stated "No! They did not call it in." Very rudely. I've dealt with unprofessionalism over the phone, constantly being interrupted from another staff member in the past. I understand during these times that things are tense and stressful for pharmacy staff but more professionalism, empathy and patience wouldn't hurt especially when customers like myself have continued to patronize this business for years simply for the price and convenience. It's not worth the headache anymore and I like many others in these reviews have decided to take my business elsewhere.
