Mike is one the kindest guy I've talked to in Hinesville. Storage rentals of America here in Hinesville offers some of the most competitive rates and certainly the cleanest property/rental spaces. Mike is personable and helped me when I needed it the most. He personally showed two units and helped me make the best decision for me and my wife. Thank you!

The Person at the Front desk. Doesn't provide you any kind of help outside signing for the storage. I had misplaced my key and asked him if he could cut the lock and his answer was the Maintenance Personnel or manager are the only Personnel authorized to cut locks due to liability. And I said I do understand, can you please call them so they can perform the service that your should provide and his answer was they are not available till the end of the month. Although he was happy to provide me a locksmith who will charge you $70 to cut the lock.

This is the best storage unit facility that I've used so far the management is 100% he does what he's supposed to do and beyond I really do appreciate this place I do recommend 100% with no ifs ands or buts about it

Each time i have contacted or walked nothing but outstanding customer support. I’d say Mike in the Hinesville Ga Office has been great extremely helpful and can say he has done a great job. Better than the fake reps down the street!

Used to store there years ago when it was a Cubesmart. Seeing Mark still there running that place and how nice he has always kept it makes me want to return to them when I need to store again
