430 appointment for a vaccine. no one else there for vaccine. pretty soon 6 or 7 others were there, one didn't have an appointment until after 5. A couple, including the man with the later appointment get called back for their vaccines. Apparently they forgot about me and another person who were in front of them. I finally got my vaccine after 530 pm. It was just another reminder of why I never use Walgreens for anything. very poor customer service.

I’m going to say that this store has, from a customer stand point AND his employees even agree a GREAT manager in Jim. I am NOT related or know him personally just FYI. He actually ENCOURAGES his employees to help their customers with extra points, $$ off coupons and vouchers that they keep AT the counters. If I need a little extra help, no one has ever scoffed at me but honestly seems to WANT to help. This is a sign of GOOD management! Keep up the great work guys!!!❤️❤️❤️

We had such a great experience! We are here on vacation. My husband has many health issues and so,many prescriptions. He had an urgent question about one of them. It was on Sunday, and the drug store he uses at home wasn’t open. We went in and the Pharmacist, Jason, was SO helpful, courteous and encouraging! He never once asked if we were a Walgreens customer (there’s not one in our town), he just provided the help we needed! We also observed his kindness and helpfulness toward a couple other customers while we were there. Great job, Jason!

The cashier who checked me out was nothing short of rude, and quite honestly had a very arrogant attitude. She had no sense of professionalism, and little regard for the customers, there was no real customer service here. Maybe she should remember that without the customers, she would not have a job, so, putting forth a little effort for customer service would probably be best. I will not return here.
