I went to their shop on 11/12/21 to buy a mouse, and paid $39.95 for a new one. It was a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse in a factory-sealed box - the best mouse they had for sale.A couple of days later I unpacked the mouse and connected it with my computer to try it out. The right mouse button wasn't working at first, and after a few minutes of use that button didn't work at all.A few days later I brought the mouse back to the shop to get a refund. The man at the counter told me he couldn't issue the refund himself, but he would contact the owner and the money would be refunded to my bank card.Ten days later a woman - presumably the owner - called to tell me the right mouse button worked fine for her if she pushed it a certain way. I told her I don't want to think about *how* to push the mouse button, it should just work. She told me they don't give refunds. This policy wasn't posted when I was in the store to buy the mouse, and it wasn't printed on the receipt. If I had known they had a no-refund policy, I wouldn't have bought the mouse there.I needed a mouse, and buying one at Totally Computers was a big distraction. The new product was defective and my refund request was denied. Buyer beware!

Kudos to Donna! Donna took the time to help guide me through an issue with such patience. Also, what an amazingly brilliant and knowledgeable young lady. What a pleasure and so refreshing to have this caliber of assistance when you need it most! SOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy to know that Totally Computers is doing so well and under new management.

If I could rate Totally Computers "zero stars" I'd do so. Totally Computers should be named "A Total Scam Operation." The owner and proprietor, Don Schrock, is a con man of the worst sort. He has "barely used" computers and other hardware for sale; don't be misled by what he tells you about his "barely used" merchandise. Get the make, model #, and serial number and do an independent Internet search. I strongly encourage you to do this; what y'all will discover will shock you. This guy, Schrock, lies through his teeth about the age of his "barely used" equipment. Most of it is TEN TIMES OLDER than he claims. And, when his "barely used" equipment fails--and it WILL fail--he'll tell you, "sorry, that is NOT covered under my warranty." Sadly, his so-called "warranty" is NO WARRANTY at all. So, if y'all decide to have your failed hardware repaired at "A Total Scam Operation," expect to hookwinked, conned, and flat-out robbed. This guy, Schrock, will overcharge y'all by at least 200% (that's right--two hundred percent). He'll sell you hardware that y'all don't need, and that y'all DO NOT require. And his repairs seldom last--it's stunning that this "con man" has lasted in business. He is so overpriced as compared to other, much-more-reputable computer repair shops, that it is not only embarrassing, it's flat-out criminal. I've filed a complaint against "A Total Scam Operation" (aka: Totally Computers) with the Georgia Attorney General's Office against this scam operation. By so doing, I uncovered that there are dozens--and perhaps even scores--of other consumers who've been duped by this crook, Schrock, and who have also filed complaints against this con artist and his "hack computer repair shop." Do yourself a great big favor: if y'all are looking to purchase used computer equipment, shop elsewhere. And if y'all are in need in computer diagnosis and repair, take your equipment ANYWHERE ELSE than "A Total Scam Operation" (aka: Totally Computers). To do business with this con artist, Schrock, is to do a disservice to yourself, your family, your pocketbook, and your common sense.
